Connect VANMOOF S3 to Find My App on iPhone

    Thank you for posting this video. Please break down these steps more completely. 1. In what state is the bike when you "press the power button twice." 2. From the VanMoof app-- do you choose "Add a new Item" and then select "Other Supported Item"? 3. What is the timing between double pressing the power button and selecting "Add a new Item" from the Find My page?
    I cannot seem to get the app to 'find' my bike. Thank you for any help you can give me.

      Thanks for your comment Stephen, first of all you would want to ensure that you have the latest iOS version and also a compatible Vanmoof bike. Not all of the S3 or X3 bikes are compatible. Do you you see a 'Apple Find My' logo? If you've got the compatible bike and the latest iOS veriosn, it should work. Press the power button twice as quick as you can. Due to location of the button, sometimes you may get a false impression of pressing the button so please ensure that you're actually pressing the power button. As soon as you would press the power button twice, the pairing chime should start on the compatible bikes. Bike should be powered on when pairing with iPhone.

    It doesn’t work for me when I press the button twice:( it doesnt make the sound and connecting flashing light
