1.The ingredients to make Fo tiao qiang must be fresh, so the first step is blanching chicken, old duck, ribs、trotter、pork tripe、duck gizzard（some people also put chicken feet and soaked cuttlefish) in, then add ginger and spring onion and boil all that for 6 hours on a small flame.
2.Soak abalone and sea cucumber for one or two days. The soaking time is depending on the temperature, remember to change water during the process.
3.Better soak tendons and fish maw with oil. Put cold oil in a cold pot, let them get soaked and turn the fire on after some time. Let the temperature raise up slowly.After that, the tendons can be soaked with warm water, this is called a water-oil immersion.
4.The component of yellow wine depends on yourself, if you like it, you can put more in. If no then less.
5.The actual shark fin is only thin cartilage, which is cut while the shark is alive. Unable to swim effectively, sharks sink to the bottom of the ocean and die of suffocation. I strongly suggest people to use the man made shark fins that you can buy everywhere instead of the real fins. Less killing for a better ecosystem.
1、佛跳墙的髙汤明料一定要新鲜，土鸡、老鸭、排骨、猪脚、猪肚、鸭胗、（还有放鸡脚和水发墨鱼的）飞水后加葱姜大火煮开小火吊够6个小时。

5、真正的鱼翅是鲨鱼鳍中的细丝软骨，鱼翅是从活鲨鱼身上被切除，鲨鱼则失血慢慢溺毙。强烈建议用市面上到处都能买到的“人工鱼翅”代替真鱼翅。减少杀戮，保护生态

@@Versusz0 Her "team" is made of only 3 people, herself, a part-time cameraman & an assistant. She made these videos to show the life of someone living in a countryside. She learned how to make these herself, in memory of her late grandfather who made a lot of good stuff, including delicious food. People didn't go to her to teach her these, she go out and find people to teach her so that she could make these herself.

I LOVE Li Ziqi but unfortunately in her comment section there’s always men trying to put her up against other women or say “wow she’s a traditional woman, so much feminine, unlike feminists.” To those people I’ll quote Li Ziqi herself “what are life skills to you can be the survival instinct of someone else.”
She isn’t a stay at home wife who cooks while waiting for her husband to come (nothing wrong with that! But I’m just saying she’s in no way “traditional”.) she’s a woman in her thirties who had to give up so much to attend to her grandmother. She lives roughly, even if her videos show her handpicking pretty flowers in long dresses, we all know that when the cameras are off she needs to work much harder. I think it’s unfair that you get this beautiful, talented, intelligent and kind woman who does all these things in such an elegant manner, and then we have neckneards with their “me me me” mentality who go: THIS is what a woman should be like!! Even though they’re aren’t worth anything themselves.
Li Ziqi is a farmer, she works from dusk till dawn to provide to her only family. She is a great example of filial piety and hard working. Stop trying to fit her into a box and to drag other women down by comparing us. She’s an inspiration, a role model, to all of us - for different reasons. And from then, there’s nothing more to be said. Don’t say nasty things on other people’s channels, don’t give her backhanded compliments. Either you comment about her or you leave!

@@lifearoundwesternghats it is lovely but its hard to drive around . I'm very fortunate as my job allowed me to drive around the suburbs visiting factories as a furniture buyer . This sometimes meant 5 hours driving to different locations and the locals I worked with showing me around. China is covered with so much greenery and it is such a rich agricultural land . Each province are renown for a certain skillset, oh and there are over 100 different version of fried rice which no one tells us about.

@@icansurviveuniversity.imra1405 the problem with shark fin is they only take the fin they don't kill the shark humanely. they chop their fins and throw them back to the water and without it the shark can't swim to catch food so it dies slowly from hunger or bleeding/infection.

I hiked over the mountains of Pingwu in northern Sichuan on my way to Jiuzhaigou Natioanl Park in the panda country many years ago. I thought it was one of the most beautiful places in the world.
