    WHY THE HELL did I discover these - they are killing me I LOVE THEM :-) - from a 62yr old with COPD, Diabetes Insulin, I have a poo bag on my belly and severe arthritis in both shoulders - having lost 4 stone since March (18.5 to 14.5) with my exercise bike - I then discover these taking me to a whole new level - BRILLIANT

    Please Never Never get rid of this video. It's my goto and the music and interval training helped me get in shape and lose 40lbs and all but ditch my hypertension and diabetes meds. When I hear and see this.. It just get's me moving on my elliptical. Thank Thank Thank YOU!!!

    3 years on and I never get bored with these workouts. I've thanked you before and I'll thank you again guys ❤ perfect for rainy days or work at home lunchtimes/early evenings etc when you are on a tight schedule 😊

    Thanks so much for sorting out the ads on this video. Iam a 60 yr old ex rugby player 17 1/2 stone 6'2" big old lump. exercise is now difficult but this video simply ticks all the boxes for me. its perfect. the cadence (to the beat of the music) is perfect, the nasty second half is perfect, and the duration is perfect for me. I totally immerse myself in this workout. My other half laughs at me still when i lean into the corners whilst pedalling furiously in my study. when i complain about the big guy in the blue shirt because he is still wearing those horrible socks, when i complain that during the last sprint i never beat those five or six guys. I have spent a lot of hours looking at indoor bike workouts and this one is perfect for me so thank you.

    I live in Richmond, Minnesota. I have been training since last fall (The last five months exclusively on a trainer in my house-Winter!), and watching your videos. June 3rd I leave on a solo 1700 mile bike ride to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation Headquarters in New York City.     This was great! 61 yrs old, had a left TKR in July going back in on the 14th for right side. Had become a couch potato because of the arthritis. Bought a stationary bike, love these videos. Have been riding now for about a month. This one is fun, keeps you motivated, songs are fun! Thank You!

      I love it. I used this video more then 5 years. This the best. I do cycling 3 times a week. 45 minutes, 1 hour and 1.5 hour. In my age over 50 . I feel I am in my best condition. Thanks guys. Wonderful. Those videos are best.

    I am 62 and live in a cabin in BC where I am the only one in the valley much of the time. At one time I was a triathlete. Now you are my riding group over the winter months. I have a great bike setup and look forward to my rides! I may not be dressed as well as you guys but I am pounding out the workouts right along with you. Cheers and thanks George

    I just got my first trainer. I have searched YT and this is, by far, the best training video I've come across. 1) Music is great, 2) HQ video, and 3) you're at the front of the pack at the end of each high-effort run. I would highly recommend it! Thank you!

    Thanks-great video. After injuring my hamstring several months ago, had to stop my riding. Then the New York state winter arrived-Grrrr. Bought a trainer and now "riding" again. The video makes me feel like I'm there riding with you guys-thanx again.

    Thanks so much for this. I was getting tired of the same few Sufferfest videos on rotation and thought I'd give this a try. On a cold wet day in England it was great to (virtually) join a sunny Melbourne club ride. Nice roads and some lovely houses along the way. Also nice to see what bikes people were riding as you go up and down the group. Oh - a great well designed workout. Cheers!

    I really enjoyed using your video for my training.. 10-15mph warm up, then 22mph recovery and 26mph effort followed by 23mph recovery and 30mph intense workout on the last sets..

    Thanks, guys. I just discovered your INDOOR TRAINER WORKOUT videos for the first time today. The 45 minute version is perfect for me. (so far...) Right length of time, I like the music, and the visual lets me feel that I am part of a group. It instantly went to the top of my FAVORITES LIST. 45 min (12 miles) is my regular every-other-day ride.

    Really enjoyed this workout!! I did this on an indoor cycle. I wanted to get to 15 miles, and I ended at 18.31 miles (it’s also my first time, so please be nice 😅). Thank you for creating this and encouraging me more than I ever could by myself!!

    Bought a turbo trainer and have just done my first ever turbo training session using your video. Wow, absolutely brilliant. Loved it. The music was excellent, especially AC/DC. I actually felt part of the pack (even though I was the only lady!) Very clever how you filmed it. Loved the motivation throughout the video. What a workout. Just off to mop the floor now.     Kudos to you guys for actually obeying the traffic signals. I've never seen that on the few group rides that I've participated in. I enjoy this vid.     This was excellent. I worked it today. It's raining out and I have an indoor trainer and had done the gcn training but this is more realistic and much more fun to peddle for exercise

    Hi BIG thanks to all the CTXC team.
    First season indoor training in sunny Brighton, UK due to losing some much at the end of the year due to the weather.
    Have started training on the Bkool One that has no direct resistance control but simply going up and down the gears provides an amazing session.
    Quality of the production is 5*****.

    Just did this workout and LOVED it! First time back on the bike in a couple months and this was an amazing way to kickoff building my bike fitness back up. Thank you for the video and I will enjoy working up to your 90 minute video!! Fantastic cues and display.

    I got a great workout! I think I like a little more instructions but it’s good for me to change it up and have to push myself once in a while! Thanks for taking me out of my routine!
