another option for sand bags is pea gravel.
I thought about that as well as Aquarium gravel. Sand just was cheaper and easier. Thanks for the info!

Hey Paul, do you have an opinion between the Amaran 60d and 60X. They are only about $30 apart in price but im wondering if I need the 2700-6500 range of the 60x or just the 5600k of the 60D. I probably won't ever use it outside of my home studio for personal use. Thank you!!

Q - Do you have any thoughts about how to add length to the microphone boom arm so that a microphone can be boomed up to 8-10' away from the camera if i want to do half body shot videos?
