Just listening to you talk about mics and realize that one of the great things about your wonderfully informative videos is that I do not have to struggle to hear/understand you. I really thought I needed a new tv or speaker bc so many videos sound like crap. Love all this series.
A a creator who moves houses regularly this is perfect to adapt for my needs. I spend so much time using multiple stands and there's stuff everywhere. I use a Sennheiser wireless mic set but I have a Rode shoe mount, some clamps and a smallrig cage sitting around not being used. Awesome
Great video, Kevin. Getting into all this myself, so this is solid practical advice right when I need it. I've got a stationary softbox from Lowell already, but the rest of the gear could easily attach to it.
You've gotten me excited about exploring the world of TH-cam content creation! I'm just learning about equipment set-ups, and I really like this one, but will this configuration support the addition of the Elgato Prompter? Would that Prompter cause the set-up to tip over? Thank you for your advice!
Appreciate that. Believe it or not, I don't do food in my office. Something I started back in the TV days of not eating at my work space. Drinking? Oh, that's different! 😂
@ thank you Kevin. And what clamps do you recommend for mirror? You may have stated already but I’ve been watching a ton of videos about set up and may have missed it. I’m about to get my channel going. BTW your book Video Podcasting Made Easy was a great help to me. Just finished reading it.
Thanks for getting the book! Glad to hear you liked it too! Re: arms. Here's a couple I'd recommend from Small Rig (affil): • SmallRig small clamp: amzn.to/41Lc0Ma • SmallRig clamp with friction arm: amzn.to/4gGMLim
Cool stand and I really enjoy Ulanzi products myself. Questions is why did you go with that particular quick release system from Ulanzi? I went with the F38 system personally because I could make use of the backpack clip when I'm outdoors. What advantage do you get with the Claw system? I am just curious?
Simplicity more than anything else. I can attach them...yep, "them", I have several 😁...to anything and interchange them. And they're affordable BUT good too.
@@KevinKolbe Interesting and thanks for the info... yeah the F33 system is the same, very simple and pretty affordable too (Ulanzi right?) while having a significantly smaller profile. But if you have several then swapping your ecosystem doesn't make sense if you don't need to.
I am facing in video editing through TH-cam EDITOR. After I edited unedited data also deleting and some times audio and video also not coordinating. How to resolve? Please help me.\
Awesome setup. Thanks for sharing.

I know for me it's so nice to have it all in one place and be able to have some floor space too.
The quality of this video is amazing and auto focus when your showing the products is so fast...I'm definitely leaning towards canon
Appreciate it. Much of this video was actually shot with the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 but agree the Canon AF is amazing!
Nice setup, those rolling stands are really nice,
Thanks 👍 and agree. Stable and very useful too. Thanks for watching.
Thanks KK
Absolutely! Thanks for watching.
Very helpful! Thanks, Kevin.
Appreciate that bro!
Brilliant setup! As always awesome video, you are such a pleasure to watch and learn. You have givin subscribers great ideas!
Thank you very much!
Great video Kevin. Thanks very much.
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.

Glad it helped. That’s the great thing about this setup, very customizable.

It should support it. I do recommend getting a sand bag and putting on the legs just to be safe.
Great Video Kevin
Thanks so much and thanks for watching.
Thank you for posting. Learned a lot. I do everything on the one table... including eating! so this has given me ideas.

Great setup for a smaller or oddly shaped room. Currently I have to set everything up for a shot. Your rig would make that unnecessary. Good Show!
Appreciate it. It saves me a TON of time!
Can a monitor mirror be attached the phone cage? I would assume so, but what kind of mount?!
It could but it might be a bit much. I'd add another clamp for a monitor.

@@yeeisme yep Ulanzi. And yeah that’s the downside sometimes, different brands aren’t always interchangeable.
