      That’s awesome 👏🏻 I’m glad you got value. You do not need to spend money on marketing to build your business. I did not start spending money in my business until I was selling more than 50 houses a year

    Brandon I focus primarily on listings but my broker tries to throw buyer leads my way plus the buyer business that comes from listings itself. My fiancée and I had this exact conversation that you talked about. She was like, “if this is what it’s going to be like long term, I don’t know if this is going to work”. Huge wake up call for me. I’m thinking about just referring all my buyer leads out to the rest of my team while I focus on listings primarily. Would this be a wise decision long term? I feel like all that time showing houses could be better used getting more listings especially with how difficult it is right now to be a buyers agent. Thoughts? ❤️🔥

    Where to you find expired listings and for sale by owners and for rent by owners? I have property shark, RLS, Urban digs, OLR and can’t find any of that information.

    What’s the difference between frbo and absentee owners?

      FSBO means a For Sale by Owner where instead of hiring a Realtor the homeowner opted to sell the house themselves which usually never works out but they want to keep as much money as possible from the sale of their home. An absentee owner is an owner that owns the property but doesn't actively manage it like an investor or even a snowbird.

      @@keoksiv8227 FRBO is a landlord currently looking for a new tenant. Absentee is a house that isn’t listed for rent (either because there’s already a tenant in place or it’s just a vacant property)
