Love this and totally agree with this concept. It's about building a relationship, so a simple visit with no listing presentation make the sellers feel very comfortable. It's less pressure on them and it's why they are hesitant to invite us over.
I’m going to stick to the QLA strategy because I’m able to get all of these things over the phone for the most part. I don’t like to waste my time or their time so I will only go on quality listing appointments. I probably get at least 2 for the most part.

Hi Brandon, how do you differentiate setting a preview appointment vs listing apointment over the phone?
These preview appointments are with expireds and FSBO, correct?
