We just celebrated our son’s birthday tonight and I enjoyed every bite of the lasagna, texas toast, broccoli and of course a piece of birthday cake! I like to enjoy special occasions as well and I so agree that if we get right back on the program, that is the key. Look forward to following you.

Congratulations on your weight loss!!! For me, a long story, short, I'm in a bind, with having Rheumatoid Arthritis and also Hypothyroidism. My Rheumatologist advised to to not exercise snymore than 10 minutes at a time, because my feet are so badly deformed. Also, if anything hurts me, stop doing it. I am 5'1" and 89# overweight,vso I have zero on eating less. I'm so proud of you! It's best to get it off when you're young!!

Bless your heart. That’s a hard one. Possibly eating too much of the zero point foods? In the very beginning I did that to help keep me from feeling so hungry. I realized quickly that my serving portions were alot more than I needed. Maybe weigh out those food items and see if that helps. Also, are you using your weekly points too? There have been many times that I would lose during the weeks that I used most, if not all, of my weeklies. Try that and see if it helps. I think it helped kickstart my metabolism. LoL Hope that helps. Keep me posted! You can do this! 💪

I started WW three weeks ago. I am gaining weight instead of losing, staying within points budget everyday. I don’t know what I am doing wrong
