    I too am a longtime WW lifetime member. I lost 15 lbs on WW. I left and tried it on my own. Not much success there. I was always hungry on WW. What eventually worked for me was consulting with a registered dietitian. She gave me a personalized plan that was very easy to follow. I limited my carbs ….. NOT KETO….. and after several months I lost over 40 lbs and my blood work & blood pressure greatly improved. I still follow her advice and this is what works for me.

    Welcome back, Dee! I just came back (2 weeks ago) after 6 years trying other things, and WW is the only thing that really worked for. Lets do this thing together!

    I was all off track! You mentioned getting back "to basics," and I thought, YES! I have to do that. The WW "blue" plan 💙 is how I lost 85 lbs in the first place. I had been using the Healthi app. the last year & just started again two weeks ago, and I'm down 3 lbs.! WIN 😊

    (Darlene) I have joined WW so many times. I always gain my weight back and I’m off the wagon for a while then I jump back on. You are making me excited about getting back again. Thanks for the pep talk.

    Glad you’re coming back to the plan! I’ve followed several WW utube influencers and they’ve all bailed on WW and no one looks like they’re having success. When I leave the plan I always come back! Let’s do this!

    BRAVO DEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It dawned on me that you are in my home at least twice a week, more than most of my friends !?!! Total transparency , I was really down when you switched. You are such an inspiration and encouragement to me. I'm 58 and have been on /off the program since 2000. When I work the plan, it works, period. I was worried about you nuff said, 100% worried. You didn't seem happy ( not that the quality of your uploads was lacking in any way !!) but it seemed the spark had left. My spark has left more times than I like to admit. I say none of this as a reproach, it's LIFE and we all experience the ups, downs and the whatevers of it. As a subscriber, I'm invested. I look forward to your uploads as you and the platform (commentors) are really people that "get it". I've done the meetings and still could, but I've actually had more success on the app. My experience was positive-ish at in person groups. 85% of the group I attended for 1 year would have benefitted from an actual therapist, just my opinion, another story in itself. Your excitement is contagious, and I'm grateful for all the work/time/effort that goes into your platform. Thank you, thank you for sharing !!!! Michael Harrington

    I wasn’t around because I tried calorie counting for a bit, then I totally dropped off on my eating. I just wanted to eat whatever I wanted. Now I’m back on WW and it’s true, it feels like home. Plus I love the ease of using their app. Thanks for sharing Dee! ❤️🤗

    I guess leaving WW and coming back has been the trend this summer. I left for a short while. I even paid for 1 year on a calorie counting app that thankfully was less than what I was paying for WW per month. Costwise coming back has been great! There are so many options. I got the first month for $1.00, and the next 11 months will be $11.00 each. App only, of course. I have begun watching you faithfully, and your excitement is contagious. I look forward to following you as we get back on track.

    Loved the intro! ❤❤❤ I have to say the simplicity even with me only having done it for like a year when I left I was already comfortable with it. I felt lost when I left. I prayed for a way to go back pretty quickly. I can’t do meetings but the online community is awesome! Even old videos of so many help me!

    Dee I am so loving this video! You say so many things that I feel! If it has been a great week (and I know it has been a great week) when I weigh in I feel like it's Christmas morning! In my area there are no in person meetings and to be honest there was only one leader in our area when we had meetings and she was burned out! I am so happy for you that you have found your enthusiasm again! Since no WW in person for me I appreciate you being my person! We might not follow the same plan but we are headed to the same place! This group is wonderful because if one person is feeling burdened with the enthusiasm load there is another person to jump in and extend the enthusiasm! I always tell you that you are inspirational and you are!! Thank you!!

    Last Wednesday was my first day back with WW’s. You and your excitement is part of the reason I signed up for the…I’ve lost count how many times. I’m lifetime since 2001 over goal plus some. Like you I like how easy it is and it does feel natural. Yesterday was my first meeting and looking forward to more. Thanks for all you do Dee!

    I got my lifetime membership in 1988. I have been back and forth with WW. I have been thinking about going back online. I can't go to meetings since I live overseas now. This video has been helpful to me. WW did work for me. I maintained through the birth of two babies, but the third one took a toll on me. I am now a grandma and so tired of the struggle. Your videos are a help to me since I can't go to meetings. Thank you!!!

    I am so happy that you are so charged up to be reunited with WW. I am still with Weight Watchers, but have double tracked points and macros. Luckily I don’t mind doing this. One I have raised my protein, and have been mindful in lowering my fats and carb, I have lost 15 pounds in four months. Everyone needs to choose what works for them. I look forward to being inspired by your new energy in WW program. Thanks for all you do. Get it girl!

    I am so happy for you that you are so excited about going back to WW. WW has always had good plans and the in person meetings were so encouraging and uplifting. I always looked forward to the changes over the years. The changes kept it fresh. I hope WW will bring in person meetings back to my locale. I will most likely go back. I cannot travel 90+ miles one way to attend a meeting. I do love the recipes in the app and in the WW cookbooks. I hope you stay so excited about it all.     Dee, sadly I am way behind on catching up with your videos. But, I was so excited to watch this today. At the end of May, you and I spoke because I was going rough a tough time and desperately needed to lose weight. You might remember me because we spoke about me taking intuitive eating lessons from a French woman. You rightly pointed out that I probably needed to learn boundaries with a program like WW first. I immediately started back to meetings and have since lost 26.2lbs in the diabetic program. You were so supportive and kind to me. And, I am so excited that you are back to WW and continuing with your health journey. You help so many people and we all love you so much. Can’t wait to see how things progress. ❤

    I first joined WW in 1974 and I lost 65 lbs in 10 months.
    I didn’t stay on and gained it back but all through the years I have been on and off WW but I always held a special place in my heart and mind for WW.
    It’s like an old friend everytime I go back.
    I am on now but in July had a thyroidectomy due to having 5 nodules on my thyroid.
    2 of those nodules were malignant but the cancer was very small and my Dr said she removed it all. I will not have to have any further treatments but will see an endocrinologist for long term follow up,
    I rejoined in April when I found out about my thyroid condition so I would be in better health when I had surgery and to get a head start on my weight because I knew being my thyroid it was going to be a different journey.
    This time has been different in that I am losing much slower-10 lbs in 13 weeks and I get down about that but I do know my thyroid has been the main cause.
    Now post op I am on thyroid med for life and I am going to be on WW for life. This is a new battle but I just am determined to win this fight no matter how long it takes and keep doing what is best for my body.
    It’s a new journey for sure.

    I’m glad to be back to WW. I just maintained doing macros and calories. I’m trying to break the habit of double tracking and just track on the Diabetic Plan. So far I’m holding at -3.5 since 5/22/24. Glad you and Danielle are back too. 😊

    I feel the same! Joined 4/27/2012 Lifetime since 6/2013. My second go around with WW. I follow another former WW member and the stress is on Macros, and Protein. I was trying to do both and I was getting frustrated so I stopped counting Macros and calories and trying to get over grams of protein daily and I'm glad I did. I'm getting wiggle room back and its less confusion. Like you said they take that pressure off us by assigning points.

    I have left Weight watchers also a couple times , to try different things ( they didn’t work) I could not do it with just the app .I hate virtual . I love the meetings that’s what (even when I’m up ) I go to the meetings, . the meetings work I love the people I love our coaches. We are like a family. I don’t know what I would do without our meetings.

    WW is like family you bicker and stop talking for a bit then get over it come back. Even if you don't like a company all the time you can still have use for them that suits what you need.

    Thank you for your video. I must seriously consider going back to WW. I honestly did like their meetings, and I achieved my lifetime goal way back in the ‘80s. There was an in-house meeting 35 minutes away from me, and I must check to see if that still exists. I also hope that I might find a good WW promotion. Thanks again, and I’ll be tuning in.

      @@dishwithdeeWell, I did it! I found a great promotion for WW @ $10 per month for 10 months, and I enrolled yesterday. Thank goodness my in-house meeting that’s 35 minutes away still exists. My first meeting will be tomorrow @ 9:00 AM. I’ve downloaded the app, and it’s time to start tracking. Good luck to all of us. 👍👏

    You are Absolutely Right Dee. I, Too Am A Lifetime Member and am currently Over Goal. I am trying but I am Counting Calories instead Of Points. It Doesn't Work Like Counting The Points Did. Weight Watchers Points System Works!!! We doint Currently Have A Meeting Place Here in my town(closed because of the Covid Mess and Never Reopened) There is still No In Person Meetings Here. Maybe It will Happen. I Hope So. I know how to do Points and Have all the Calculator, The Scale All Stuff I Had Back When We Were Doing In-Person Meetings. I Am Thinking Of Just Trying To Start It Up On My Own. Plus Listening To Your Videos and See if That Will work. Thanks For Your Inspiration. 🤗😇🙏🙏🙏

    If you make everything from scratch I find WW and calorie counting are pretty much the same amount of work to enter recipes. I stopped tracking calories a while ago and started tracking portions only. I will NEVER go back to tracking calories (or WW) because tracking portions is sooo much easier... I never have to do any database searching nor any mathematics past adding up cups! Yay!

    I’ve tried different apps and logging my food and tracking calories but my choices weren’t always the best even if I kept within my calories so my weight loss was iffy. Nothing works for me as well as WW. Maybe it’s because I do make better choices so I’m eating better. This is the first time I’ve joined without attending meetings and depending on how I do if I will add them once my offer is done.

    Until WW comes up with a better plan it’s a no go for me. I also don’t like having to use my phone instead of my iPad since I have vision problems.

    I always feel hungry on ww but on calories I feel full! But in six months I’ve only lost 5 pounds doing calories/macros 🥴

      I think it really depends on the type of foods you eat and if you go into your weekly points . Veggies do not keep me full . Carbs and Fiber and protein do . Calories /macros was just me feeling on a diet

    Weight Watchers has gotten too obsessed with the point calculation. It's too complicated! Keep it simple, like the old days. Yeah, I get sugar is bad, certain fats are bad...but you can't be everything. Pick the type of plan you want it to be and stick to it!!
