I get super annoyed with people who are using like 10 specialty supplements and products that you have to order and pay a fortune for. I'm ok with some of that but I can't relate to that as a realistic way of eating that is sustainable. Love your content!

Great video, great ideas. That hamburger/tortilla meal, yum! I like that you weigh everything, I do too. Some WW’ers on you tube just say, “I’m calling it 3 points.” and weighed nothing. That bugs me. lol Subscribed, looking forward to the next one! 😀👍
I JUST FOUND the “quick add” button! Thank you for mentioning that, it made me look thru the app more carefully to find it. I hate calculating how many points my meal is then slogging thru logging everything, especially if I’ve tweaked a recipe with substituted ingredients. THANKS!
I have that popcorn popper in purple works great. I also tried your fries in the air fryer so good, seasoned with my staples, onion powder, garlic powder, a little seasoned salt and a little grated parm cheese soo good. Thanks

This is what I'm talkin about! Easy delicious family friendly meals and snacks 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Question on the steps and points earned for them, do you normally use those earned points from exercise or do you just use your normal weeklies only?
I normally earn 3-5 points a day. I use all my weeklies and I let my hunger decide if I use my activity points. I normally use at least half of them. It’s not uncommon for me to only have 5-6 points left at the end of the week. I’d rather loose slower than be hungry and miserable. 😖
lol. That is a day. I try to get 8-10k a day. When I work I can get up to 20k just because I’m on my feet all day. When you first start out you need to add them slowly. There are a lot of health benefits to walking and studies have shown that you need to walk at least 7.5k to get those health benefits. Which is why I picked 8k. A few extra just in case 😆
