    Certified Dental Assistant here, since 1980… gave up fluoride in the 1990s when I found out that when it is added to the public water supply, the workers wear HAZMAT suits! Haven’t swallowed tap water since, and use only fluoride free toothpaste. Fluoride causes bone loss for sure and also hardens the pineal gland in your brain! Talk about dumbing down society! All three of my adult children were never allowed fluoride treatments at their check ups, and aged 24-32 still all have never had a single filling! Thank you for all you do and God Bless! P.S. clove oil is a main ingredient in many professional dental preparations for its pain relieving and antibacterial properties! Excellent choice!! 👍❤️

    My uncle was 60 years old when he died of cancer. Doctors were amazed he still had most of his teeth in his mouth, 31 to be exact. He only ever used baking powder and salt. Even when he was a small child. Toothpaste made him gag. His teeth were straight and his wisdom teeth never gave him problems. He had to see a dentist in order to get his kids dental coverage. He had one toothache after seeing that dentist. The dentist had used a machine to see how strong his teeth were. It sent an electric shock through the tooth and cracked it. He was so mad and made the dentist pull it. He wasn't going to let the dentist fill it for more money. He never saw that denist or another after that. If he had a sore tooth, he rinsed his mouth out with peroxide straight up. He also used cloves wrapped in gauze and placed against his gum. It was always the area of the pulled tooth and he cursed the dentist every time. He had the straightest whitest teeth of any man I ever knew. He always carried a pouch or small tub in his lunch so he could brush his teeth after lunch at work.

      I would hope most people at 60 still have all there teeth if not must of always had poor hygiene. My mother in-law is 98 this month has almost all her teeth and has to be reminded to brush for about 10 seconds, she did not eat the greatest, but did not eat many sugary things, so go figure, good genes

    • @soulfulserenity403
      @soulfulserenity403 2 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      @@angelamia2366 not always to do with hygiene. There was the experimental generation in the 70s and 80s whose perfectly healthy teeth were drilled and filled for learning (many dentists have subsequently apologised for this awful practice). Then there's those who have lacked certain nutritional requirements for long periods or lifetimes. Also, medications such as antihistamines and asthma inhalers are now well known by dentists to wreck teeth. When I was 23 I was given a free root canal because I had asthma (they didn't tell me why that was relevant and I didn't wanna question it back then for fear of losing the free treatment). Then at 25 I had to go to another dentist who said "I can tell you really look after your teeth, this damage is caused by the antihistamines and asthma inhalers you've been using throughout your life" (started at 4 for inhalers, 15 for antihistamines). So after that I began a healing journey to stop/limit the daily use of my inhaler and pills. If I have to use inhaler then I swish with water afterwards. Haven't needed any work since that time which was 9 years ago, although one day I'll get the old bad fillings and root canal out.

    Stacy I started using your tooth powder recipe twice a day over three years ago. It has worked the best of any tooth cleaning product I have ever used. I used to go for 4 cleanings a year. My dentist even asked for the recipe after he saw my improvement because many of his clients ask for an alternative to traditional toothpaste. During Covid lockdowns I went for one full year without seeing my dentist and my “numbers” had not been negatively impacted in all that time. I have saved almost $1,000 in cleaning visits alone during the three years using this tooth powder. I have made an adjustment here and there like adding lemon grass and peppermint essential oil. Thank you so very much for sharing this. I only wish I had known about this in my early years. It may have saved many extractions over the years. Do you have a recommendation for shampoo??

    I've been wanting a recipe just like this! Thanks!
    I use Redmonds earthpaste. I plan to make my own. I brush 1x/day...more if needed. Our microbiome starts in the mouth. We need microbes in our mouth and can brush too much. I worked in dental for nearly ten years and brushing many times a day isn't a good thing. You also don't want to brush after acidic foods. They soften the enamel and can cause erosion over time. So, while right after a meal sounds like a good time to brush it typically isn't.
