New Minecraft Console Edition Update Features!

- Minecraft Xbox One Edition received an update recently, in this video we discuss the secret things that were changed in the update that no one knows about.
The update released April 9th 2024, this counts as Content Update 59 (CU59) - We've had over 2 big updates in the past year now to Console Editions, the notable ones being the Xbox 360 Edition mini games bug fix in July 2023 and now the Xbox One Edition update. - เกม
Its really nice to see people still play the old minecraft version. Your vids give quite the nostalgic feeling especially with the minigames. Keep it up man!
hey man, i really like your content, its nice to see people still playing my favorite version of the game. not saying this to be mean or anything just simply wanna give some input to hopefully help you grow. maybe try condensing the videos a little bit? like just record the gameplay, then voice over that gameplay so that what you're saying can get a little more straight to the point so that you wont be distracted by the mini-game. i really like your content tho, just wanted to maybe give some advice.
I agree that videos with formats like that are better and are definitely perceived better but I think the current style goes well with keeping it fun and not super stimulating. from time to time i'll do videos with voiceovers like my 4jstudios reveals secrets videos.
I play PS4 Edition and since the update I've had a lighting glitch in the inventory. Blocks no longer have shadows in the inventory, they all look super bright

No they do have shadows but in a opposite side it really looks Weird I understand what u mean exactly…..but there is shadows in the inventory but in a different direction it looks weird tho.
On an unrelated note my Xbox one edition is having a stupid visual bug we’re items that I pick up would take a few seconds to actually come to me and disappear as they would come super slowly even when I already had the item.
@@Porkjo101 I also have a weird thing in ps4 edition where the mobs when kill them there is no Knockback visual they die in a same exact position like in ps3 when i kill the mobs the kinda go slightly further from me and with a knockback fully enchanted diamond sword the mobs go so far a way from me even with 1 hit. But ps4 edition there is no Knockback at all .

for me i had some doctor who skins i own, and a spider man skin which i did not own in my favorites. After the update, the spider man big time skin was gone from the favorites but the doctor who skins were still there

I prefer Minecraft console edition
Console Edition of cause, but Java is good on older versions, on newer versions past 1.13 it's a bit too laggy for me

The bug you mention about killing a mob crashing your game, yea ive been caught out a few times on that one, its rather annoying.
weird they unadded the Get Minecraft For Free! button but im glad they did it gets in the way sometimes

I was the one who changed the minecraft wiki about the player favorite skins. I Added the "but didnt own". Happy to see my work in a video! And also mine favorite skins weren't reseted

@@SheepManCE Yea im kinda hard to understand. The thing i wanted to tell is that if you had account with skins marked as favourite but you didnt have them, the game would reset your skins.

One good feaure about the Update I know, they removed the Update to Bedrock Button.
Do you know if there is any way to get the de listed skin packs like skin pack 1 on xbox 360 edition before the store closes? I never had the chance to buy them back in the day and by the time they announced the xbox 360 store was shutting down they were already unavailible.
Skin pack 1 is still available
@@SheepManCEI have seen that its still possible to get to the purchase screen for skin pack 1 on the xbox 360 but when I try to complete the purchase it gives me the error code saying its unavailable.

When minecraft added the April fools update as a joke I thought it was PC only but on the series X you could get poisonous potatoes kinda easy until they neref it a little bit since it's a bit harder to get

is there a way to change the language on minecraft xbox one edition? I looked at many youtube tutorials but the language button is gone
If you set your console’s language to something else it will change it for you now, the button was removed before this update, a couple updates before and I’m not sure why

nah they aren't they brought back xbox 360 mini games last year

I think in this video I used 60-70% gamma, hud size 2 and interface opacity 45%

Is it remotely possible to download legacy edition if you don’t have it?
you can buy it still on Xbox 360 until late July and then it's took off the store, it's available on PS3 and possibly Vita still. Any other version I believe you can only use the disc on their respective consoles, Nintendo Switch Edition is completely unobtainable legally.
i dumped my copy for PS3 and used it on RPCS3

1. Removed the "Play the new version of minecraft" button
2. Skins got reset probably or whatever idfk
3. Skin packs got removed?
4. Matched "Splashes" with Bedrock edition (the title screen yellow text that pops up)
5. Some "mysterious" bug that crashed your game hitting mobs

I mean he probably wants to capitalize on the fact that console edition nostalgia is crazy right now and so every little detail means a 10 minute video… it’s annoying af though like Microsoft killed it 7 years ago they are not gonna revive it at all, it would not make sense for them to this late.

I don't really care if Minecraft XB1 gets updated to 1.14 I just want Infinite worlds which may never happen.
Probably will never happen, large is big enough
I'm just saying because if it does update to 1.14 and you explored all of your world then you won't get any new features.

Thankgod the ps4 edition is in last and final update. I hop 4J Studios could update the ps3 edition to 1.14 like the ps4 and vita edition
