Being born back in 2005 the Xbox 360 was my first console. This version of Minecraft is such a comfort experience for me. I truly miss the days of playing with my childhood friends on this version.
I was born in the latter half of 2005, but I had the Wii before I had my Xbox 360. I remember when i first got minecraft and It might've been this version of the tutorial world, or the one with the big set of stairs that led up to a village.
I was born in 2011, and i never got the chance to play in the early days of Minecraft. about a year and a half ago, i started a server with some friends. the hours we spent, just playing Minecraft, without a care in the world. eventually, the world was abandoned, and most of my friends haven't joined sense. I still have some hope that the project will resume in the future. I think now that i understand the nostalgia that people feel when they talk about old Minecraft. I somewhat had the same experience as you as I was born in 2008 and I never got minecraft till 2019 and when me and my sister made a world we loved it until one day it was gone. Fun times
I had Xbox 360 Minecraft, but I never had an internet connection on my 360 and so I could never play with any of my friends from home. These builds and the way they’re all connected is what I always wanted and envisioned as a kid. This is just awesome

Just seeing the words “Minecrat: Xbox 360 Edition” makes me feel so warm inside. I literally cannot count or probably even recall all the memories I have of this game. It’s crazy to me how one game can have such an impact on my life. It reminds me in someway of almost everything from 2011-2013. I may not play Minecraft as much as I used to as a kid but I know I will always come back to it from time to time. Easily one of my favorite games of all time.
Man those days Of the 360 were so much fun, Jumping from Minecraft to GTA 4 and 5, Playing Black ops 2 and Modern warfare 3, Playing dead island, and Those little Xbox 2 Dollar games and Xbox party games. Truly a great childhood and Those small moments are what I miss the most.

There were times where he could visit us for a few weeks and we still played a bit then. The game really helped me through the years of him being deployed.

I like to compare early minecraft’s sense of progression to terraria. You start off so weak and can barely defend yourself. But as you gather more resources and create more tools and weapons and various armor you become more and more capable until you become just as if not more formidable then the monsters themselves.

i remember getting the physical version for minecraft back in the day. it was a little more updated, having stuff like hunger. but ill never forget my first shack. a mix of spruce and oak, a dark maze that you would get lost in. it was abominable but it was mine
this might be really silly to say, but even though i did, and still do, have the privelage of playing on the 360 edition, i never really got to explore the classic tutorial world before it updated (aquatic tutorial world lets gooo:/ ). I still kind of regret that now, but its really nice to know that i can still see it through awesome videos like this one.

My FAVORITE thing that was soo sneaky on Xbox 360 edition was you could Save your world at your house, turn off auto-save and then when you fell to your death in the nether into lava and your about to die, you could just quickly "exit" without saving and load back up to your world being completely safe and secure bahaha

If you ask me, these smaller, more simple scaled build youd often see on console editions are so much nicer than the modern and much larger scaled builds
While I played PC first (got it on 2012, or somewhere around version 1.5.2) I can understand the impact that the 360 version had, and the influence it has left on many people
I remember 360 minecraft, as a kid i hosted a public hotel world and i had random people join every other day. Some helped make the hotel better , some griefed and others built their own houses next to my poorly made hotel. And it was the most surrel experience as a kid. And I constantly live with the fact that i will never enjoying something that amazing again and im thankful for those who entered my world.

I was born in 2009, and I would go my friends house when I was 5 or 6 and we played Minecraft on his Xbox 360 all the time and it was some of the best fun I ever had and I wish I could go back

It’s so satisfying seeing the good version of Minecraft and you doing it so well
I started playing the ps4 edition at the end of 2015 and it was still classic, the good ol days
I used to play the ps3 and ps4 versions with the boys and we still play the same world every once in a while!
If you ask me, these smaller, more simple scaled build youd often see on console editions are so much nicer than the modern and much larger scaled builds
200 DAYS! i think this world could be truly beautiful
While I played PC first (got it on 2012, or somewhere around version 1.5.2) I can understand the impact that the 360 version had, and the influence it has left on many people
So much nostalgi from coming home from school and hopping on this version with the boys

I remember 360 minecraft, as a kid i hosted a public hotel world and i had random people join every other day. Some helped make the hotel better , some griefed and others built their own houses next to my poorly made hotel. And it was the most surrel experience as a kid. And I constantly live with the fact that i will never enjoying something that amazing again and im thankful for those who entered my world.
