@@olibarahosasa1137 canned tuna isn't really healthy, it's full of garbage and salt. And they remove every oil, fat and everything except proteins there isn't much nutritional values left. Fresh fish is the best, thankfully i live not far from the coast

There is a difference. Make sure you can eat it first. Starkist and Chicken of the Sea are my favorites, though I eat Great Value and others too. I also prefer water over oil. Try them all. I have slight differences you'll be able to tell. Lot of protein on a small size and price.
Kirkland Signature is a pretty solid brand aswell, 42G of protein per can ❤
It really is amazing how you can go to any conveinience/grocery store and get a can of tuna for less than two dollars. When you think about what it takes to make it on to those shelves it’s amazing that they can sell it at that rate.
