Another excellent vid. 🍻 👏Small tip (similar to what you showed around the 7:55 mark): I always use white lithium grease on both the poly bushing and the metal female surface to ease the installation. You can use the spray or the "cream". This works well for motor mounts and suspension bushings alike. 💪 🍺
Nice one. Another good video 👍. Which Race Ramps do you have? What height and length? Do you find they are high enough to get under the car for everything you need to do?
I wish you gave feedback on the performance improvements. Also, this insert only works with stock mounts right?
Another Cracking Video Adam, Keep up the Great Work 👍
Thanks, will do!

I need those race ramps!!
Everyone does I reckon!
What was the difference in performance and feel of the car overall. Also did you feel any noticeable difference in vibrations.
Nice video! Very interested on the follow up video after the drive! Added nhv etc.
Another good job 👍🏻 and I’ve just taken the plunge and bought a 2017 nitrous blue RS for myself 😁
Nice 👍 Enjoy :)
My motor mount blew on that side wish I would of known about this before it happen
my mounts are knackered, is it possible to use these inserts to reduce movement on knackered stock mounts
it is possible but ultimately you would probably want to get replacement mounts and then put the inserts in
Good but how does it feel? If you ever have to, cp-e has the last word on replacement RS motor mounts.
Looks like it’s been a case of patience. I have no patience at all lol
I have it in fits and starts lol
👍
