Keep the videos coming nice to see someone working on one of these on TH-cam. Everytime you release a video it's making me change my mind about selling my mk6 ST. I think youre wrong about your Jamsport hoses, I've still got the OEM hoses on my power steering and not a single weep, almost 18 years old now. Those silicone hoses should be lasting way longer than seven years. I was hoping you'd have shown more of the radiator removal and reinstallation as I have this on the cards at some stage soon. Keep em coming!
ohh shite.. I should have told you to 3D scan that infamous mountune inlet if you remove it from your car. I would pay for a proper blueprint for 3D printing one to myself. Maybe it not just me, but I'm curious about the new dyno graphs with the mountune manifold. You have a video with all the past modification and dyno results, maybe you can make an update. Thanks for this video!
@@istvan5400 not sure copying the Mountune design is a good idea. Probably going to end up getting sued... and the external geometry isn't the part you need in anycase. A low cost plastic manifold with the correct runner lengths and a decent plenun chamber would be cool to make with a printer.
@@hengineer1 you are absolutely right! but I will make a mountune look manifold anyway, the only difference the cost to pay an engineer to calculate the dimensions and re-engineering this stuff. Mountune had a chance to print out this for me (I asked them), and I would happily pay 1000 pounds for 3D printed version of this manifold. and I don't think I am the only one. They didn't bother to answer for that letter........
@istvan5400 If I did a design, with OEM interfaces (flange to head, throttle body in same location) and had it printed off in Aluminium... would there be a market for it? A Hengineer manifold with some dyno runs to show performance?
Happy to see new episode with st150, thank you mate

Im really surprised you didnt pop the front panel off, it takes 5 mins and would have made all those hobs 10x easier.
