Quick question regarding pixel and facebook learning : i have a ecom store, tho its one niche but sells two products that fix tottaly two differents problems (so different audiances), do you think the fb pixel is smart enough to catch which one is for which, or better do two stores (too much work and fees) so facebook learning knows better the audiance and perform better ? and that leads me to second question, in ecom, if i sell in competitive market and iam getting some sells but in lost in new add account, would this become profitable with time ? or better change to new product ?

Hey there! I would separate out your stores not just for the Facebook pixel's sake but for your customers as well. You want to encourage strong brand recall and not confuse buyers with branding for two different products made for two different audiences in the same online store. If you have to keep things in one store, I would at least run the ads for the different products in two different campaigns to keep things separate for Facebook's machine learning. As far as the timeline, that varies quite a bit based on your audience size too. I would give it a solid 3 month's time minimum to determine whether or not Facebook is a channel you can scale. Lastly, I noticed you said you have an ecom store but you commented this on a Facebook lead video. Hey thank you for the content!
From your exprience where leads better convert to sales? when going through FB lead form? or when landing on my landing page/ website?

We've seen success with both! If you need to speak with them on the phone or get a meeting scheduled in order to convert them, I would suggest capturing that lead on your website to encourage familiarity with your brand. However, if you're giving away a free lead magnet that's branded, that can easily be done via Facebook lead forms in a way that still encourages brand recall!

i'm not giving an option to filter leads on a multiple choice question, why is that?
