      Great content as always Ben. Facebook Ad Leads quality for Real Estate has been bad, what do you think the reason might be?

    • @StuartMacadam
      @StuartMacadam 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@bosmakproperties2554 A lot of competition is one reason. The other is because the offer is often the same. Diversifying and making a more exciting lead in makes a big difference. Also, asking how soon someone is looking to buy or sell goes a long way as well.

      The simple answer is data - they have billions of actions logged and that allows their AI to predict what people are going to do with a lot of accuracy.

      Just a quick question- I’m a newbie at this so excuse me if there’s an obvious solution- my ad will be for people to take a quiz via an online form and has a squeeze page that collects the lead data. Can I still use the instant form, given that you said Facebook prefers this than to take someone to your website. And also reduces the cost per click.

    Hi, I've been watching your videos for a while now so I just wanted to say a huge thanks. You've been helping me help my team with our marketing strategy.
    I have a couple of questions if you could answer them that'd be great !
    - is the pixel saved at the ad account lvl or campaign lvl ? because we are testing 2 different offers for our company and don't want to have a mix of 2 different audiences confusing the algorythm. I hope that makes sense !
    Anyway, keep up the good work sir, many of us appreciate it !
    Thanks,

    Hey Ben, what’s the minimum budget per Ad? Not for an adset. If we want to run ads for a local business within 50 miles of a radius. Does $5/ad work?

      @@nicolem1859 I’d say $30-$50/day for home service businesses.
      If you're average customer value is less than $100-$500 you can run at $20-$30/day (for a campaign with 2-3 adsets & each adset will have 2 ads)

    Hey, Ben! Thanks for the video.
    I am creating a new Facebook Fan page and Instagram account for a new digital product I want to sell. My idea is working with a lead magnet first, even before starting the sales BUT, even before, I was wondering about having some engagement campaigns in order to get some likes and followers (as cold public).
    Once I have this, I could have some hot public strategies, like: lead campaigns with custom public and open public, purchase campaigns for leads and custom public who engaged with my social accounts, etc.
    What do you think? In the end, the who structure is simple: lead magnet for leads and digital product offer

    Hey Ben, fantastic video as always!
    Just wondering how something like this could apply to a Mexican restaurant? We’re running an FB Lead campaign now for private hire at their venue but struggling to produce leads. The set up is dynamic creative (10 images, 4 copies and 3 headlines) on a £5/day spend with a radius of 10km from the centre of Birmingham. There’s also open targeting completely, as food typically applies to almost everyone.
    Would you say we should be targeting more specifically as Mexican food might not be for everyone?
    We’ve also got a lead objective but the optimisation and delivery is only allowing us to use conversions, not leads. Any ideas on this?
    Thank you!

      Given the budget, I would test a more specific audience. An LAL would be the best option most likely if you have decent sources.

      They go into Leads Center which can be accessed via the Meta Business Suite.
      You can integrate your CRM, depending on which one you use and have the leads automatically added there.

      You can create a Google Form where they need to log in to their Google account to sign up, it can ensure that the email provided is verified.

    At 8:47 you're saying that optimizing for landing page views in a conversion campaign is not a good idea if you want conversions. Then directly after saying that, you pick "Leads" over "Conversion Leads", which seems contradictory to the same example you just stated. Why do you want leads that probably won't convert? Leads that just contact you/fill out forms with no intention of following up? I don't understand this decision

    • @BenHeath
      @BenHeath  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Optimizing for landing page views and optimizing for leads through instant forms is completely different. Leads through instant forms can certainly convert.

    • @BenHeath
      @BenHeath  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No we would usually do this with both. You don't want to retarget people that have become leads already. But there are other warm audiences worth retargeting.

    the lead quality sucks from lead forms, how are you dialing in the quality of leads? We get people on the phone that have 0 intent of ever doing anything, some of them say they never filled the form out, and others just never answer the calls/texts. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    • @BenHeath
      @BenHeath  ปีที่แล้ว

      The key here is how quickly you call them. We recently tripled a client's conversion rate by calling any new lead that came in within 5 minutes. No one says they can't remember when you call them right away.
