I hope you had an amazing weekend and that you are staying healthy and SAFE! I will admit that I have picked up a few new goodies to keep my spirits going during this COVID period and today I am testing out the NEW Tom Ford GLOW Tinted Moisturizer, the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Natural Eye Palette in WARM and the Westman Atelier Superloaded Highlighter in Peau de Rose!
UPDATE: I'm on the fence with this new TOM FORD GLOW TINT- it wore well throughout the day - and I thought my skin looked natural but BETTER. It is not super GLOWY. It has a less dewy/glowy look than the new Sisley Tinted Moisturizer but the TOM FORD felt a bit dryer or tighter on my skin.
I am also curious if 5.5 might be a better match....

I totally agree with you on the TF. My skin is dry enough as it is and like you, I have a lot of other CC type foundations that I love. It does look pretty on your skin but it also has to "feel good" on the skin for me to wear it!! Thank you so much for this review b/c I was curious about it. The Chanel eye shadow palette might be calling my name too, but I need another one like a hole in my head!! Love and Hugs!!!!!
Tanya- yep- I am definitely to that point where I need to like the way it FEELS and LOOKS. This one is odd because I think it looks great on the skin but it just feels tight and dry. Weird! AND yes- I was feeling the same way about that Chanel but it kept nagging at me and it was sort of a little PICK ME UP in this crazy time! xoxo

Monica- the TF Traceless Foundation Stick is my HG foundation. I just love it! AND I wanted to love the WA Stick but I think it is not as great for my dry skin but WANT to love it. AND yes- the Rephr brushes are a YES! SO good! xoxo

Beautiful & soft. I do like the little Chanel palettes. I have quite a few & use them often. I'm telling myself I really have enough in those shades but.... ;) Might be nice for someone w/ more oily skin to have a tinted moisturizer like the TF. I try & stay away from foundations w/ spf, they are usually chemical & drive my skin nuts. I can get away w/ some but I also prefer just using my own sun screen. Thanks for the review! Fun to see.

🌟Hi Abby! I’ve picked up the TF tinted moisturizer & have been testing it out too 😊 The shade match was tough online. I picked up 7 Tawny which is the shade I use in the stick foundation. Good to have so many of us picking up different shades so we can help people with color selection 🙌🏼 I’ll be filming mine today. Thanks for the comparison with existing products. It’s really helpful. I’ll make sure to do that as well 👍🏼 so interesting how it performs differently on different skin types. I’m having a different experience & my skin is combo. Beautiful look ❤️
YAY! Everyday Edit- I can't wait to watch your review and yes- my first thought was that this is going to be great for nomal/combo and oily skin but maybe not so much for dry skin. Honestly- I think my skin is just fussy with the Lavender and even have to be careful with the GLOW Flawless Foundation that includes that as well. Hi Abby! I think I'm passing, thank you for this review..I too have mature and dry skin.. I love his flawless glow foundation. I'm loving the Chanel rouge coco flash in Easy..that highlight looks gorgeous on you! Idk if you have YSL All in one glow but it's a HG for me..It's light coverage and glowy but not overly..I hadn't really worn any makeup for weeks, only some days I will.. Thanks so much for these reviews! I am totally skipping the Tom Ford tinted moisturizer. Nope, it won’t work for me at all, even though I live in very humid south Florida. I’d rather get a more moisturizing tinted moisturizer, and lightly set it with my CT or Hourglass powder. I have always had dry skin, mature or not. Living in Florida now really helps. Love the Tom Ford blush, and that highlighter on you. I am really tempted by that Chanel lipstick, looks beautiful, and moist.

It’s so funny that I purchased the Wesrman Atelier Peau de Rose and the Chanel warm palette this week. I haven’t even tried the Chanel yet but I know I’ll like it. The Peau de Rose definitely has glitter in it, but even though I’m over 60, it didn’t look like a disco ball. I rarely even use highlighter, but when I saw Gucci Westman use it, I had to have it!! I have finally realized that tinted moisturizers are simply not worth it to me because the luxury ones are as expensive as foundation but can’t give my older skin the look I want, so why even bother with them? I love that you always mention the color of the products you are using, as that helps me so much when I am making a decision. I’d love to try the TF Shade & Illuminate cushion compact, but I just can’t figure out what color I’d be if I’m a 5.7 in the liquid foundation. I even called Tom Ford today to ask them what they would suggest, but they’ll get back to me in 4-5 days. What???😂
That is funny Laurie! We are twinning!! AND I wish I could help you with foundation colors but I am not sure in that formula. I found the TF Shade and Illuminate did not correspond to the other TF shades I had. SO - hoping that TF Customer Service gets back to you soon. Hi Abby: FYI on a few things....received the new Lamer Bronzing Powder today and it immediately went back. Did not like the colors in realtime....the photos I had seen were better even tho the top color was never shown. Did not like the look of the brown in the middle and the scent was so overwhelming that I knew I could never wear it. I have been a LaMer skincare users for years. This powder scent was too much for even me. I did get the new Chantecaille CBD cream the other day and that is a winner! Lovely fresh scent...lightweight in texture...pure joy to use. My HOS order will be here on Friday. Yay! :) Also exchanged the #3 color from the new Armani Luminous Silk Concealer to Michele Wang's #4.5 neutral and it is a much better match for me. Have a grand day! :)
OMG! Donna- I just got mine and I agree! I just swiped it on and it looks ORANGE on me!! Such a bummer!! AND it does smell like the TROPICS to me! I was so surprised that the shades mixed in to a really orangy look. YAY! for your HOS package! I can't wait to hear all about it. AND I think I need to get the 4.5 GA! LOL!!! Awwwhh, such a shame about the Tom Ford - always a disappointment when you look forward to a product and it doesn’t come through.

You’ve been a great help as always Abby! I’m going to pass on the new TF tinted moisturizer. I definitely don’t need another foundation and this doesn’t entice me. I’m so happy with the TF Soleil from LY. I’ve always stayed clear of pink but I suddenly seem to be open to it. I have been really enjoying the ByTerry Paris by Light which has pretty pinks combined with bronze. I’ve been tempted by the Warm palette and knew I could count on you to review it😘 Hmmmm I might just break down. It’s so pretty with the Easy Lipstick. XO
Marjorie- I was going to mention you in the video but opted to just tell you here- I don't think you will like the FRAGRANCE. It is that lavender and I know you are avoiding fragrance. Honestly- it just made my skin FEEL DRY but it did not LOOK DRY - if that makes sense. At this point - I have got to like the way it looks and feels. LOL! AND I actually do think you would like that LIPSTICK!!! and Warm Palette : )

You look so pretty!! I have to say that I love the Westman Atelier Peau de Rose. But, I am not loving the TF tinted moisturizer, I have dry skin and I have too many tinted moisturizers to invest in this one. I wonder if the hyaluronic acid has something to do with it feeling dry on you - especially since the air is drier. I don't know why HA has to be in 'everything' now. People have been complaining that it doesn't work for them, but I also wonder if the HA is in too many products they are using and its overkill. I noticed that HA is hidden in a lot of products too. I hate the way brands jump on the bandwagon with 'the next big thing' - sometimes it comes down to 'too much of a good thing'. Ginny-- that could be it!! It is so funny- because it does not LOOK DRY but it absolutely FEEL DRY on the skin. So it may just not be great for my dry skin but I can return this guy. It did cling to my little dry patch that I have on the side of my cheek all day long - so that was not great either. I think you can definitely PASS and again for me it is the FEEL thing. Thanks Abby for doing this video. I have heard that the TF is drying and sticks go dry patches so after you confirming that I am going to buy the Ilia instead. I love my pea de peche from WA and would not like the sparkles in the Rose, so no to that as well. Your timing of this saved me some money that is for sure. Abby the sheer tf it got bad reviews everyone says what u said it clings to dry patches still love my shade and illuminate i returned fawn and got 5.1 amazing i got so many compliments color makes a big difference got vb shadow ty stay safe

Great video as always. Thks for the low down. I was on the fence about the eye palette but I think it would be great for the summer months. The lippie is so pretty too. Did the Chanel.com shipment take long these days? I think I’ll pass on the tinted moisturizer.

I got that same color of the TF tinted moisturizer. I had more hope for it. It was quite light but it sheers out. I am so glad that it turned out that I did not pay full price for it. I still need to give it more days of test wear. I did not like the Chantecaille Just skin that much the first few times I wore it, but now I love it! I like it more than this one for sure! I am not really liking this TF tinted moisturizer that much and especially for the price! I love Chanel CC cream, YSL, and Armani Prima. The YSL is very moisturizing. The eye palette looks nice. Is it similar in color to the Chanel 314 palette? Thanks
Lady Esther- this is good to know that I am not the only one that is not in LOVE with this TF. I actually used a whole tube of YSL Glow at some point and I do remember it feeling much more comfortable on the skin. And yes, this does look similar to 314. I think I’m going to pass on this, I don’t like that “tight feeling” on my skin. I hope you can return it, it’s a lot of money to sit in the graveyard drawer. The Westman Atelier highlighter looks beautiful. I love the colour story of the Chanel eyeshadow palette but I have so many palettes and like everybody else at the moment I’m on a tight budget and I’ve been so good but that lipstick is calling my name....do you know if it’s a limited edition? Hello Terri- You do not need Warm Memories - it is deeper and more pigmented than this WARM palette and a brighter POPPY peach in it. I did get a sample set of the Retrouve and did like what I tried but am pretty loyal to my Biologique Recherche brand that I have used for a few years now- so will do my updated routine first and will be including the RETROUVE eye concentrate that I love!!! The Retrouve is a great line and I pretty much liked it all but have a routine that works for me so may add in a piece here or there from the Retrouve line. xoxo

If you haven't been here for a while it sure has changed in the past 5 years. Even the airport added 12 more gates and still growing. There's even a toll road now to the airport. We own some family entertainment businesses here and my husband has a tech company. I feel bad we had to lay off 180 of our employees. They are struggling but we are helping with money and food as best we can to get them through until we rehire them all back.
Hi Abby great review. Regarding the TF tinted moisturiser I could almost see your skin going no no! First time I have ever seen your skin not naturally radiant. What a shame as I was excited to try the TF but my skin is very sensitive and dry so it’s a pass from me. Love the look of the WA and I do like the Chanel palette. Agree it’s soft and subtle but I like that most of the time! The coco flash looks lovely on you.
LOL! Amanda- that is exactly what it felt like! I do love me some TOM FORD but I hate that these new products have lavender in it - I had to stop using Bobbi Brown products in the past because she had the lavender in her stuff... my skin just does not like it. I'll definitely grab the WA Super Loaded Tinted Highlight in Peau de Rosé. I own the other two ones and love them so much. They're so flattering and easy to use, but still don't look like any other makeup product I own on me. I find them to be very unique (which is hard to find nowadays: soomething unique. Let's be honest: to some extend, you cannot reinvent makeup over and over again. E.g.: a lipstick is a lipstick. It has to be made of certain Ingredients that'll lead to certain textures. Otherwise it wouldn't be a lipstick. And haven't we all had all kinds of lipsticks, textures, colors, brands,... over the years?

Hello Abby!!! I was thinking of buy the traceless stick foundation from Tom ford . But generally I like natural, light coverage from a foundation. can that stick foundation work as a light one? I know that you can build it but I don't know if it wears also lightweight . so as far as the new tinder moisturizer from Tom Ford I don't think that worth it's money. If something is so seer why bother wear anything....😐 do you know what I mean ? for example the chanel fresh tint works much better 😘🥰❤💋
Hello Bee! So yes, I love the TF stick because it smooths out the skin and you can build it up- for more coverage but it feel light on the skin and very skin like. I think that is why I like it so much- I start out with a few slight wipes of it- and then buff it into the skin and then add more as needed. I think you would like this one because it makes your skin look healthy and good. I hope this helps. xoxo

Agree with you on the TF tinted moisturizer. I have 5.5 bisque and believe me it doesn’t matter which shade you have on this one because there’s no coverage. The only way you could make this thing better is if you added a bunch of Chantecaille tinted moisturizer to it. I found this so drying to my skin and it emphasized every dry patch it could find. I am finding that while many people reviewing this are saying they are not impressed by the first impression they are hoping that somehow it’s going to get better I can honestly tell you this stuff is trash. For $70 this thing should work. I fell into the hype. Joke is on me!!

I have to admit, I have not been a fan of the Les Beiges eyeshadow palettes. I bought the medium one when it came out and found the pigmentation lacking. I returned it for another product. I also like the Rouge Coco lipsticks more than the Coco Flash. I would have to check the new formula to see how different it is.

Doing well. Going to my office for a few hours today. I love the shade Boy and may buy the rosier shade of Coco Flash. I had found that I was reapplying it more than the regular lipstick formula.
The Chanel eye shadow is beautiful and by far my favorite of your goodies. I’m sorry that the Tom Ford guy was a bit of a letdown for you. You need some of my Texas-coastal humidity, lol!

I’ve given up on Tom Ford products a long time ago and I am about to declutter the remaining of his products from my stash. Such a shame for a brand, once innovative (before Estée Lauder bought them), to come out with overpriced and meh products.
I love that Chanel eyeshadows palette, I am putting it on my wish list. As opposed to other people, I like less pigmented products that give me a soft and sophisticated look.

I think you look gorgeous, as usual, but do I think it’s the Tom Ford, no. As you mentioned you have others that feel good on the skin and perfect without dryness. I’ll pass on the TF but am definitely contemplating the Chanel lippie. I just recently tried the Armani Ecstasy Shine lipsticks and they remind me of the Chanel but seem to be a tiny bit longer lasting. I don’t look for a long wearing lip as I also enjoy the buttery ones, but I was impressed with Armani so much so that I ordered a few more shades. But the Easy is definitely calling my name!
Yes, Erin I have a couple of those Armani Shines and they are so pretty too! I am defintiely a buttery kind of lip gal but realize they don't have a lot of lasting power. I just like the shine factor! I do love that EASY color! so good! xoxo

Laura- I hope that new lippie is part of their permanent collection- because I love it! The Peau de Rose does not stay tacky. It will sort of melt into the skin but surprisingly the color stays so it meshes with the skin. I hope this helps. xoxo

Yikes. Any products that contain lavender oil, extract, etc. cause a reaction with my skin. I’ll have to see if the stick foundation contains lavender since that was the product I was most interested in purchasing as a foundation.
Becky- the stick does not have any lavender in it! It is truly my HG and can't live without it. AND yes, my skin does not like the LAVENDER at all. I know it is in the Glow Flawless one and noticed I can't wear that everyday either. I just hope they take that out at some point. xoxo
