I loved this video. I do use SPF EVERYDAY. I prefer Elta MD and also top it with pure zinc if I am exercising/spending time outside. I have severe melasma so I am extra careful. I prefer the Benefit brow gel. It lasts all day and doesn't leave a cakey-clear mess on the brow. You have beautiful skin so keep doing what you are doing! Bella!

Yes! Do a deep dive into spf! It always seems a shame and contrary to design to put the Chanel Les beiges water fresh tint OVER the “effective” base of my colorscience physical sunscreen.

Hello Angela! Enjoyed watching your GRWM today. I am still so grateful for your Milan vlogs, they were a bright light for me during the darkest pandemic winter last year. It’s like you really reached out and touched us all with a spot of culture and beauty when we needed it most. I don’t remember many of those monotonous days but your vlogs I remember so well how they made us feel better at a dark time. I hope you find a brow gel, compare with ordinary hair products too if all you need is hold rather than color.

Im a firm believer in SPF before applying makeup! Its been part of my routine since my teens. Now in my 30s, I would love to see a dedicated video all about SPF you would recommend that works nicely with makeup and adult skin.

I would love to see a dedicated spf video. I bought the guerlain on your recommendation and I love it. I don’t think it’s available in the states though, at least I haven’t found it here. Even overseas where I bought mine it seems like it may be discontinuing because many locations were out of it. It’s expensive but soooo good.

Love that Chantecaille lipstick on you. I like the new Kosas brow gel because it’s a dry formula with fibers and the triangle brush keeps the application precise. Have heard great things of the Tom Ford one too!

The makeup looks great. That blush made all the difference. I am loving the Guerlain Terracotta bronzer in Cool Light. It gives such a glow. I ordered Jane Iredale’s Liquid Minerals foundation and I am waiting to get it. I am very fair, but got it in Radiant because I prefer a neutral undertone. It is supposed to be similar to the Chanel one you used. I am also loving the SALT perfume by Ellis Brooklyn. So fresh, salty and yet feminine.

@@Frenchforaday I am pretty sure Jane Iredale has a UK site. On You Tube search for Mandy Davis MUA Liquid Minerals. She is a friend of Abby Bliss White’s. There is a technique to applying it that most do not get right. Once I get mine I will tell you more. I too love that Chanel one.
I got a travel spray of SALT. I now want a full bottle. It does last on me. I think it would work on any age. I have purchased the travel size as little gifts and so far people love them.

You look absolutely beautiful, Angela! I’m so tempted to get the Chanel Waterfresh Tint, but I’m afraid I would need more coverage, and I don’t want to have to go crazy with concealer. I enjoyed watching this video, and might have to try some of these products to achieve the look. I could use my Hermès blush in Rose Ombré and my Chanel Tender eyeshadow palette. Or I could use my Pat McGrath blush in Nymphette! I hope you enjoyed the afternoon reading your book. It’s nice when you can sit back and enjoy some “me” time!

I was frankly on the fence about it cause all the makeup looks I’ve seen with this pallet online seemed to be too raspberry-pink. You, however, have created a gorgeous wearable look. Now, I have to decide whether it’s gonna look different enough from les beiges Warm pallet on me, if I apply it the way you did in this video😅 And, btw, thank you for mentioning Givenchy powder so often in your videos. I recently purchased the mini size of it for travelling because I remembered how much you love it, and I fell in love with it too! It reminds me my favourite loose powder by cle de peau, but something specifically in the shade of prisme libre makes it look even more flattering on my very fair skin tone. Regarding the brow gel, after trying different products, I went back to my favourite clear gel by Benefit. My skin gets pretty oily in summer and I don’t really like the waxy feel that other gels give me. The Benefit gel holds the shape all day long and gives a crunchy-dry feel which not everyone might like, but for me this gel is second to none. The good think, this gel is available in mini size at Sewhich is perfect for trying it out

Hi Angela- I thought this was the Les Beige in Warm.. it look similar.. I was interested in that one- have you picked that up.. not brand new.. The look you did was so pretty. It helps that you are gorgeous, as well :). I found a great brow product from Kosas- it’s a gel comes in different colors or clear- I really really like it.

Yes we need to know dedicated SPF that has been scientifically tested to actually work and also that works well under foundation etc . Some SPF products have been tested to actually NOT work which people don’t realise .
