Just realized, the small snippet of Carless Whisper would not make any sense to be in this game since Fallout is in a 1950's setting. I dont know why I thought it was part of the DLC. I wonder what mod does this.
B42 Interact really animated important quest items like that to make the game even more interesting, it's also TTW supported, meaning the GECK u get in FO3 would also be animated

You might be right, I didn't even think about that. I just assumed it was part of the game. It's my first time completing the DLC.
Really is a must have. Then get a mod to drop quest items, so you can see the animation all over again
