Dr. Kuhn, all your videos are easy to understand and follow. Thank you for being so encouraging and bringing positivity and hope to those managing arthritis that if we exercise and do strengthening exercise regularly, it can make a difference and we can get back to doing the things we love like taking a nice walk, dance fitness and just be out and about with more confidence and less pain. I appreciate you for making my life better!

I just discovered your channel and subscribed immediately. I managed my pain and mobility with daily water exercise but thanks to Covid lockdowns I find myself now in constant pain and my mobility greatly reduced. I am trying to avoid surgery and I needed gentle exercise to start getting my mobility back. I am back in water but cannot do most of the exercise that I was doing before. I will utilize all your suggestions at home and in the pool. Thank you very much very much for your dedication 👍🌸

I've been doing the first limping video and am now moving to this one. Alyssa's videos are excellent and I believe I am seeing a difference. Thank you! Just a question for this video - do I stand on the leg/hip that is "bad" to do these exercises? I think that is what I got from the video but if anyone can answer, that would be great!

Thanks so much!! I have grade 4 osteoarthritis in my right hip and have been limping for approximately a year now. I had done physio for pretty much most of that time but I wasn't taught exercises like this to expand range of motion. I came to realize that I have forgotten how to walk probably and this video is going to help me tremendously, again thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

Hi Alyssa, This is super helpful as usual! I am on the fence regarding surgery. My question is how do I find a physical therapist who actually believes they can help someone with advanced OA? They all seem to push surgery and I’ve been told by one that if you need PT then you need the surgery. I totally understand that OA is a degenerative condition and can’t be truly cured, but there has to be something besides the risk of total knee replacement. You are a great help and inspiration!
