Those are garden gnomes in the picture with George. Harrison was a devoted gardener with beautiful landscape gardens at his estate Friars Park in England:

Last year I forgot to mention this was the song George put in a little joke on Paul McCartney, his former Beatles band mate. In the background at the end you can hear the back up singers sing a sort of Hey Jude" back up part, "Na, na na, na-na-na- na" etc. It works with the chords of this song like it did with Hey Jude. This depends on which version you are listening to, there were 2 versions on the album. i hear it here toward the end f the song.
George loved his gardening, his garden gnomes...and his slide guitar, to name a few things.

I love his boots! Of course I love the song. And George. I'm not into gnomes as they make me paranoid. But his gnomes seem ok. Maybe. No. George was lucky to make it out of there alive! Gnomes are dangerous! Only a person as kind and caring as George was could have kept those gnomes from doing whatever their gnome brains were planning. 💖💖💖💖
Yesterday I ran into a dwarf coming out of a store with a flat screen TV to take it to his car. Kindly I wanted to help him and said to him:
- Do you want me to help you carry the TV?
and he answers me:
- Can't you see it's an asshole iPad! 😠
A man at a hotel saw a couple entering the Honeymoon Suite next to his room. Nothing unusual, beautiful young woman and handsome man who happened to be a GARDEN GNOME!!!! That night he heard them in the next room. Woman, "Do it! Do it!". Gnome, "I'm going to try again!" Then screams and thuds! "Wow!", the earwitness was impressed! Until.... "Do it! Do it!", and, "I'm going to try again!", screams, thud, bump. And then, "I just know you can get on this bed!!!"
Well done Daniel! 😂 should have brought a stool, or even better a trampoline to climb on the bed! In addition like that they would have been sent in the air several times (with the rebounds). 😏

This is a remix...the original album had way too much reverb or echo...thanks to Phil Spector, the producer, putting his "wall of sound" stamp on it. Later George was not happy with that. He was right, this sounds much better than the original which sounded like they recorded it in a large empty airplane hanger from the opposite wall lol
I understand the gnomes represented the Beatles, who had just broken up
