🍀💕THANK you to Phil and Kirstie who’s unic combined energy is brightening the the world😊🍀
“Unique”?
Thank you for a new episode! I love this show.
Thank you for posting another Location, Location, Location. I really do not watch any of the others.
The Australian Location show is pretty good, when you've run out of Kirstie and Phil's show.
Christie looks lovely in that cream/blue coat dress! Stylish!😊
Thank you for the new episode! More of this season please!
love the over coat kirstie.
36:36 The frontage of this lovely old building has been ruined .......alterations of this type should never be allowed.
It’s interesting that home staging doesn’t seem very common in the UK.
More common than before but average house is never staged like US
Because its real what you see, not fake!
🙏 only the very best! Thanks for the upload.
Kirstie is AMAZING
Love it! I live at the beach/bay in Texas and this show was so good to see.
Good lord, the sensitive plant here needs to grow up a bit.
I would have chosen the house with the views
Beautiful quilts !
Can someone from Cardiff tell if there still is this restaurant by the sea, in an old monastry? (haunted, because during a severe storm many monks died, trying to save fishermen from drowning) I came to Cardiff long, long time ago, from the Netherlands, for work, and since then trying to find back this place... 🤗
Yay! a new episode! Thank you. That Steve is one good looking dude. He reminds me of a young Donald Sutherland. Thanks so much for the upload. I love this show.
Donald Sutherland is a Canadian ...
@@anneroy4560 Yep, like me!
950 sq ft for six bedrooms? Something doesn't add up!
Square meters?
@@bridgebridgebridgeNo I don’t think so. My house is large by US standards and it’s only half that
It’s a combination of miscalculation and that the spaces in the Uk are just smaller.’c so the bedrooms will be smaller then the us and so will be everything else.
Lovely shoes
Why in the world is a 20 minute walk to town such a big deal?
The walk there isn’t the problem. It’s the walk back when you bring back all the stuff up you bought. Yes you can bring a cart but she had a small child at the time so bringing a child in a stroller plus a diaper bag full of stuff and her purse and a shopping cart full of stuff on top of that, 20 minutes will seem longer than it actually is.
Yes, if you're just a man on your own it isn't. If you're a mum with a child to get ready and out the door and entertain along the way forwards and back, to whom it's an eternity, it matters. You have to put yourself in others' shoes and accept that they're different from your own, that you're not the universal standard.
Jo is sure bossy!!!!!
Jo is a pouty princess.
Steve is no Adonis, but he is a sweetheart.
Shawna is quite picky. In the end, she and Todd chose something unlike what they told Phil they wanted. Phil has seen it all before, however.
They got a huge fixer upper in the exact location they wanted, sounds like they got what they were searching for lol
They got a brand new build without an atom of character. I don't have the patience to rewatch, but ivdo know that Shawna had already rejected something similar.
@@lysem4392 They never said it was a new build. They said it needed a lot of work so it wouldn’t be a new build.
How did the hockey couple afford a half million dollar house plus a full remodel on it? Banks in the UK must be different, they must do construction mortgages more.
Did you not listen to their introduction? lol They’re not first time homebuyers. Sounds like they bought at least two homes before this so they had equity, and it sounds like he has a high paying job.
@@thehungrygoldfish : No equity; they sold in Ireland and now they rent
@@giuseppenero110 But they still sold a house so again equity, lol.
These people are so flippin' picky!! I can understand not wanting to commute a long way, but the necessity of having to have the 'right street' is bonkers.
Well, it is called Location Location Location lol
The easiest way to make new friends for the Canadian lady is to look for Mums + Tots groups in the area. I met two lifelong friends that way...🙂
an inflated sense of what they could have given their budget...the second couple, at least one half of it, rather unreasonable.
Jo did end up compromising though.
I smell trouble down the marriage lane… so much sulking when your expectations do not meet reality and he is tooooo willing to please, and she is taking full advantage of that
I noticed that too. She is fixated on herself and sulks when she doesnt get her way. He buckles to her manipulative ways.
There is no way that enormous 5 bedroom.Victorian is only 995 square feet.He must have meant nineteen hundred
Penarth is not Cardiff!
I know that, you know that !
How daft is it for Shawna to be fixated on a location when she doesn’t even know the area!!
A doctor's wife
School catchment areas will be in mind and why not focus on a good area - if you can afford it
We are desperate to start a live with kids? Whaaat?
And than, a long walk for a cup,of coffee …🙄
I just want to live…come on, you want it alll. Snob
Comute, comute..lazy woman!
Phil and Kirsty are the Dynamic Duo of Real Estate. Clever Phill, in his understated sense of humor. Charming Kirsty with her witty punch lines. Not to mention that she looks adorable. You two are awesome,
Now, I have two questions: Why don't the sellers get their s*** out so the buyer can see the house and not their dirty couches and tattered curtains? How about covering those rainbow walls? I've never seen anything like this. If you do this in the states, you wouldn't be able to give away one of these houses.
I'm in search of a home, myself. Two days ago my agent took me a couple. The family is still living in the house, but couldn't possibly tell. The house was PRISTINE. Disposable booties to pull over your shoes - you know, white carpet. Moving on.
My 3rd point: PRICE. Try buying a new abode in the states, and $500,000 to $600,000, will get you a very nice, modern, two bedroom two bath with carport, mobile home.
You could still buy a decent house for just over a million. Welcome to America/Silicon Valley.
You miss the point, they want to buy in the UK. They are not looking to buy in USA. Why would they, their work is here and so are their extended families. Not everyone wants to live in the states. So don’t compare the two. You live in a country with lots of space so land is cheap and where you get lots of houses which are roomier with much space between them. In UK we live in a wonderful country which is an island, so space is at a premium, land is expensive. You need to realise housing is in short supply here and when it comes to the house selling market there are many buyers waiting for each house to come on to the market. Perfect house does not mean perfect in the sense you are hearing it. In UK location is everything. The right location with good community, schools and shopping is far more desirable than a huge artificially staged house miles from anywhere. The house can be remodelled and worked on to make it the perfect home to the style of the purchasers. Finally people here don’t want to live in the mobile homes you suggest.
@@paulinethomas1611 Ah, Pauline, talk about missing the point. It was a simple comparison. A clean home is not an "artificially staged" house (whatever that means), miles from anywhere. We have communities, just like anywhere. Also, I was not suggesting that any of you should move to the US, God forbid.
👎👎👎 very low resolution.... very blurry.... very unsatisfactory visual quality.
She doesn't have the 1st kid.
She does, they done a revisit series 28 ☺️
Seen the catch up she has.
