In this video, we’re going to talk about the best diet for bone healing.
When you break a bone, you get a blood clot around the broken part of the bone. With the blood that rushes in, you have all sorts of things that help with the healing process, and help the bone become solid again.
Macrophages are very important in this process. If anything slows down the macrophages, the bone will take longer and longer to heal. High levels of sugar in the blood can actually slow these macrophages down.
During the healing process, stem cells also become activated. Stem cells can morph into any cells that you need. It can turn into bone, fibrous tissue, or collagen. Initially, the stem cells may form almost like a splint to help hold things together, but then it will turn into whatever you need.
Then, you have the osteoblasts that kick in. These are cells that build up the bone. New blood vessels will start to form, and any damaged nerves will start to grow back as well. You will also have osteoclasts that clean things up and remodel the bone.
To know what you need to eat to help heal a bone, we need to look at the raw materials that make up bone.
    These raw materials are:
    • 1/3 Collagen and non-collagen
    • 1/3 Water
    • 1/3 Minerals
The worst diet to help heal bones would be a high-carbohydrate, refined sugar, low-nutrient diet.
What to do that may help with the bone healing process:
    • Consume a diet that is low-carb and full of nutrient-dense foods, as in healthy keto
    • Fasting
    • Vitamin E
    • Zinc
    • Vitamin C
    • Vitamin D3
    • Vitamin K2
    • Bone broth
    • Bone
    • Trace minerals

I also take D3 and K2. According to my surgeon I’m doing very well and I’ve regained 98% of my range of motion. This video is dead on!

I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder (calcification and crystallization build up from an injury that “holds” the bone stiff; very painful). The doctor told me that it would take nine months with therapy, medication, a steroid injection and even surgery to heal. I accepted therapy and the anti-inflammatory/pain med but, rejected the steroid injection and surgery. In addition, I started taking turmeric curcumin and K2+D3 vitamins (after I stoped taking the pain meds in 3 weeks). Also, I immediately did a 3 days water fast, followed by OMAD (to induce growth hormones and autophagy). Long story short; I was completely recovered in less than two months.

    • @Antman-nf3tq
      @Antman-nf3tq 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

I work in pt and diet is a big factor no one talks about. I dont recommend injections unless its a last resort for intolerable pain. As far as frozen shoulder, the adhesions need to be broken and range of motion needs to be continually worked on for a few months, then strengthened up afterwards. Keep stretching, moving, and doing pt exercises because not using the shoulder is probably how it got frozen to begin with.

Avoid gluten as Dr Berg has mentioned in other videos when talking about inflammation. I follow the ancient Indian medical system called Ayurveda and they always advise to avoid gluten and sugar.

Now I come to him to learn more about many health issues. I feel so grateful to have come across his videos. I can say without question, that I have added years to my life by doing this :)

One week after my leg was broken, I used a wrap to reduce my swelling by 50% in 13 minutes. I wrapped the foot moderately tight and gradually reduced the tightness as I wrapped toward the knee, this facilitated a directional flow to squeeze the excess fluid from my leg. During the 13 minutes, I often touched my toes to be sure that they were not numb from lack of circulation.

I just came out of hospital (U.K.) with a broken leg. Breakfast was carb options only, and lunch and dinner was always offered with a high sugar pudding/dessert. Regular rounds of tea and coffee came with pure sugar option. Food mentality was - ‘eat as much as you can’. In other words, more than you want.
    Crazy.

Teeth can be rebuilt adding grinded egg shell to your food for consumption but firstly it has to be boiled for at least 30 minutes to kill off any pathogens. I hope this helps. I saw it on other TH-cam videos and other information over the internet. Egg shells contain the same minerals as teeth
