I think the cooker is Italian and the first Margherita (not the pizza salad-meat-star) is not so bad if you consider that he's not in Italy and he have to reach the tastes of the local people. 😉 However, i assure that the giant mozzarella in the top of the pizza is original.. it's look like mozzarella di bufala.

Molto diverso dalla pizza italiana. In Corea ci sono molte pizze in stile americano che sono state modificate per soddisfare i gusti della gente del posto. Anche se è diverso dall'originale pizza italiana, spero che tu lo capisca.😊
