I’m a pizza expert and I can tell that you have some badass pizza in Korea. The tomato is not san marzano but classic mutti peeled tomato is great , olive oil great ! And then the parmagiano ( or pecorino ? ) great to ad more deepness and salt to the mozzarella, Great.
And this dough looks absolutely amazing , made me want to go get a pizza immediately 🏆

Believe it or not, I always heard that the USA had very bad food but excellent pizzas.
And surprisingly, I travelled the whole east cost and I had amazing food, from Maine lobster, Maryland crab cake, NYC steaks and all the excellent Mexican food including simple franchise like chipotle. I was just unprepared by all the great food I had ( some very unhealthy but delicious ).
Pecan pie and key lime pie, and Texas barbecue brisket 🤤 ( that one was in Orlando actually not in TX)
And then, I was expecting some badass pizza especially in NYC, and I was very disappointed, dough is not what expect on a pizza, cheese was flavorless and just bad tomato sauce.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure in all of NYC you can find some of the best pizzas in the world but I tried 4 or 5 places (asking my hotel where I can get good pizza in the area and trying slices here and there and the pizzas were very low quality. Big disappointment, almost deceived.
Here in Paris you can try almost any pizza place, it will look like this video pizza and taste absolutely amazing. Of course you got some bad places but they are very few and haven’t had a bad one since a decade.
Maybe the American palate expect something different when it comes to pizza …

The Kitchen IL Forno in Korea has the best pizzas.

Tolta la pizza al ragù che non so dove abbiano visto, e pure le foglie sulla pizza al pesto che vabbè, questa è la pizza più simile alla nostra che abbia visto fare all'estero. Hai visto l'olio, la mozzarella, la salsa Mutti etc? Non male. Certo ci sono parecchie falle, ma tutto sommato per essere in Corea del Sud la sufficienza alla Margherita la posso dare.

It is supposed that baking a pizza with this type of oven is to get the smoke from the firewood, what is the use of using gas if you are going to get the same as if you bake it with conventional ovens such as pizza hut or domino's, right?

Isn't it going to be a pain to eat with all those toppings? The minute you pick up a slice leafs will be falling back on the plate. Also can a slice really aupport the weight of a steak? Lol. If not you need to find it and eat it first. That is IF you can find it hidden inside all those leafs in the first place.

La segunda con el aceite hirviendo ahi, que asco!😮 Y luego para acabarla de amolar la corto mal, unas piezas saldran mini y otras grandes, ¿Que paso? Y tanta hierba arriba, mas queso, mas de mucho, a que va a saber?.. muchos sabores revueltos, asi no son las pizzas italianas😢😢
