      Yea i mean if you eat at papa John's every day sure then your view on pizza in the states will be bad and rightfully so. However, most actual pizza joints that focus on quality like this are similar in results in the states. It's all relative, It's a poor attempt to bash the quality of the states as a whole while using only 1 person from another country as a comparison and no other statistics to back your claims though, especially when we're talking about food that derived from neither US or Korea.

      It’s still processed cheese, salami and everything actually. Makes no difference how it looks, it is all about ingredients : here is bad, in the States bad everywhere… Get a plane ticket and come in south Italy to see the difference 😁

    This guy obviously went all the way to have lessons from real masters. Why, even the tomato sauce is real Italian quality stuff. Great job!!!

      Haha yes, when I clicked the video I expected the typical freakish pastry thing with everything + majo on top that they call pizza in Korea (I would still totally try that), but when I have seen the sauce and after he started forming the pizza I realized this is going to be proper Neapolitan style pizza.
      Pleasant surprise.

    Congratulations! I'm Italian and I can say that you know how to make pizza like an average Italian!! Starting from the drafting of the dough that you do very very well, creating the right crust and consistency. Really congratulations!

      @@eksot Dear boy who speaks without knowing, I assure you that 99% of pizza chefs in Italy know how to make pizza like real Italian pizza, and there are those who do it very well even with an electric oven.. In fact, I wasn't referring to every Italian, but I was referring to any Italian pizza chef. If you then want to base yourself on the pizzas of kebab shops in Italy then I can agree with you, Even though now most kebab shops know how to make pizza well, maybe not like in Naples but still good (depends on the place). Instead you speak because you know things, like I do, Or are you talking randomly without knowing them? Because it really seems like you opened your mouth and said bullshit without even knowing what you were saying🤣 I'm Italian and I live in Italy, I know what I'm saying.. ignorant😅

      First you said average italian, then average italian chef. I have no doubt that the average italian pizzaiolo knows how to make Pizza like this! 👍 And yes even in commercial electric oven you can make pretty good Pizza Napoletana but in a home oven it's almost impossible even with a pizza stone or steel because a home oven just doesn't get hot enough which is so important for a pizza like this. Trust me, I tried many times, I love to make pizza. But that typical leoparding on the crust is impossible in a home oven.

      ​@@eksot Come on, I thought it was obvious that you meant chefs or at least Italians who do it for a living.. it was clear that a home oven cannot make a classic Italian round pizza like a wood-fired oven or one specially designed for that.. I am Italian, I was born with this awareness.. I'm sorry that you got annoyed by a comment that you misunderstood, but I hope at least that you are not one of those who think that Italian food is overrated, that's what matters 😂

      ​@@eksotHowever, if you are interested, there are ways to prepare a good and well-made pizza at home that is almost as good as pizza in a pizzeria, with the crust as you say, which perhaps doesn't have that subtle wood-smoked aftertaste but in any case they are excellent in taste, even when it comes to consistency! You can find information on the internet

      @@AriiMonet The point is that pizza has been prepared well and the technique used for preparing the dough for the perfect size and thickness is marvelous. I would say simply more than for the Italian standards that this pizza looks delicious (like a Napolitan Pizza) and i would eat it for sure 🤣. W la pizza 🍕

      @lilly это даже не совсем соус это тертый томат возможно даже маринованый. скорее всего соус томатный для пицы именно маринуется а базилик делает его пекантным пожтому я согдашусь что в этом видео все очень хорошо.

    this pizza is just beautiful. the fact this quality of pizza is made in a food truck makes it all the more impressive- i regularly make pizza at home and i scramble around in my kitchen, so i couldn't imagine working in such a small space.

    Being a pizza made by a Korean guy in Korea, is good. It seems like a typical neapolitan pizza. The only problem is fresh mozzarella, but I know it's hard to find it outside Italy and it costs a lot. Better than many other pizzas around the world lol

    Quite good, but usually you put the basil after backing the pizza, not before, same goes for the pepperoni, if you toss them on top before you bake it, it will melt down and spill all the juice and fat over the pizza, which renders it soggy and too oily. Do it afterwards, it still warms up and tastes even better, as it is not burnt nor shrunken to death.

    As a neapolitan guy, I would say that that's the best pizza I've seen on this Channel. I mean, It is soft, it has a very nice crust, and ingredients like Mutti sauce (one of the most used ones here in Italy), basil and oil must be good. I would eat this right now.

    From the point of view of a neapolitan: that's a very good pizza right there, at least by the looks of it. I can see his equipment is top notch just by looking at the stone and the Mutti tomato sauce he's using is the best for pizza here in Italy.
    By jacking the temp up to 450' celsius the results would be even better though; It means less time inside the oven so the dough cooks without the topping getting too "baked" and dry.

    Bravo, your pizza is beautiful and also looks appetizing. I just wanted to tell you one thing (which, probably, it's only a waste of time...): yeast is a unicellular fungus and does not get along with salt, which slows down the leavening process. Here, in Italy, we generally put the yeast first and the salt last, towards the end of the dough, to make them come into direct contact as little as possible. Furthermore, the salt closes the gluten mesh making the dough absorb less water, another reason to put it towards the end of the process (otherwise the pizza will remain a bit indigestible ...) Ciao ciao

    This dough looks like absolute perfection, the cheese like a science experiment, no clue about the sauce.
    The result looks like a legit neapolitan pizza tho, they certainly have done very good things for the looks of it.
    Taste in the end is the final judge.

    Of all the Korean Street food pizzas, this looks nearest to an authentic Italian pizza.
    One bit of advice, don't put the basil leaves on until last minute otherwise they burn.
