It takes a bit to get it down, but it's worth figuring it out. I'm by no means a good cook, but I've figured it out to the point that I only occasionally end up with scrambled eggs instead.
Getting a soft scramble is simple enough, but to get an omelette like that? That takes time. Your comment is around 7 months old at the time I'm seeing it. Have you gotten the result you wanted?

just egg and a bit of water. mix well but carefully to not get too much air into it and then strain through a fine strainer. there are other videos that do more explaining if you wanna try :)

What's so confusing about that to make you wonder how it's done? Just rewatch the video if you're still that confused. Despite being very simple, I suggest you slow the video down as much as it would let you so you can hopefully see him cook it since you seemed to have missed the entire video.

@Хамиша Хапот - Фактически он готовил подобие плова. Сначала обжарил рублённую свинину с салом, потом рублённые морковку с луком. Потом добавил отварной рис для жарки. Зачем он их выложил в формочку лодочкой - стало понятно только после омлета. Рис был как основание, выпуклая база определённой формы. Омлет специально был всмятку, и специально был в виде пирожка. Японцы - большие символисты, как и китайцы. Когда он разрезал омлет - тот развалился на базе в виде... женских органов. Томатный соус дополнил картину. Короче это эротическое блюдо. . В кастрюле (чан обычно выпуклой формы, а там был просто цилиндр) были просто взбитые яйца, без муки, у них омлет делают чисто из яиц. И - да, там до фига яиц, чтобы во время работы просто использовать ингредиенты, а не рубить их для каждой тарелки - всё рубится и смешивается заранее, утром.

The secret he doesn't show is preparing the eggs. Separate yolks and whites, add some corn starch and a little water/milk and whisk, whisk, whisk to get air in it. Whisk yolks and combine with whites, whisk good and OMELETTE TIME!
I think it's the wet egg look that can be a bit intimidating to people who aren't used to this style of egg. I'm a bit dubious myself. I like runny yolks, but not runny whites in my over easy style eggs. It's a mental thing, also being told that undercooked eggs is dangerous (although I have heard that it depends on the eggs somehow? Idk).
Yeah if we were talking China, then that would kill someone. Japan is one of the cleanest nation in existence so we don't need to worry abotu egg quality there. Also I wouldn't mind getting food poisoned once in my life to taste that, not that I would get it in Japan. It's the same with the sashimi and sushi
Guys you shouldn’t eat undercooked eggs I mean in Japan it’s ok because they are checked if it has salmonella bacteria to make sure they’re safe but in most of the countries poultry and chickens carry salmonella bacteria and make u sick in a week

I think it's the wet egg look that can be a bit intimidating to people who aren't used to this style of egg. I'm a bit dubious myself. I like runny yolks, but not runny whites in my over easy style eggs. It's a mental thing, also being told that undercooked eggs is dangerous (although I have heard that it depends on the eggs somehow? Idk).
Yeah if we were talking China, then that would kill someone. Japan is one of the cleanest nation in existence so we don't need to worry abotu egg quality there. Also I wouldn't mind getting food poisoned once in my life to taste that, not that I would get it in Japan. It's the same with the sashimi and sushi
Guys you shouldn’t eat undercooked eggs I mean in Japan it’s ok because they are checked if it has salmonella bacteria to make sure they’re safe but in most of the countries poultry and chickens carry salmonella bacteria and make u sick in a week
