    weight loss aint honna happen unless theres caloric defecit

      Nope. You will automatically lose weight because your body is no longer retaining water and burning stored fats. For some, keto/low carb is enough to lose weight but if you have a slow metabolism then yes, you will have to do caloric deficit in order to lose fat weight.

      Caloric deficit works only in the short term for weight loss. After the body gets used to the caloric deficit then you start gaining weight. You can't keep lowering or reducing your caloric intake.

    Yes Miss Mam Aileene. Legit talaga dahil yung mga tips mo po ma mag Low carbs ginawa ko na sya. LEGIT na nag lose weight talaga ako. Tas di nako nag crave sa mga pagkain since di nako nag high carbs. Sa una may feeling struggle pa. Pero oag nagtagal na taggap at nakaka adjust na katawan ko. Dahil naging routine ko na sya at nakaka recover na katawan ko. Sa pag alis ng rice at mga sweets any high carbs. Sarap sa feeling na maging healthy dahil may benefits din talaga. Kasi dati dalas ko kumain ng mga hig carbs. Dalas ko din magutom. Dating 60 ako naging 53kg na lang po ako. Pati yung mga sinabi mong struggles sa mga beginners danas ko din po yan.     Eto yun inunawa ko... Kasi sa iba ok lang kumain ng kumain ng fats ang explaination..kasi nga daw keto approve.. Pero mali pala yun... Binago ko routine ko.. I only eat lunch tapos excercise sa hapon.para maburn kinain ko and then in the morning excercise para maburn yung stored fats..ayun i lost 5 kilos in 2 weeks.

    hello. please check out the part at 1:15 when you clarified what is Keto diet. I am new on LCIF so I need all clear information as much as possible. you said "for keto diet, high carb, moderate protein, and low carbohydrates". maybe you meant "high-fats" and not high-carbs"? thank you.

    Hi mam. Im new at keto and IF. My partner asked me something after i explained how my new diet works. Sabi niya ‘ how can your body use your stored fat for energy if you keep on feeding it high fat food proportion?’ Then i thought parang missing piece nga po nang information. Pano nga po ba? You explained po if sobrang high nang fat intake talagang mali. Pero what if proportioned lang po sa keto diet rule na high fat,mod protein, low carbs? How can my hight fat dietary intake makes my cell burn fat? Does my dietary fat increase fat-burning of my stored fats? How po? Thank you!

    Hi miss Aileene im a fan niyo po pinapanood ko lahat ng vids mo about Keto LowCarb And IF. Im doing Intermittent Fasting as of now 27th day of doing 16:8 IF maganda talaga siya sa katawan hindi na ako madali mapagod at nagloose talaga ako ng weight from 60kg to 56.7kg kakacheck ko lang. 1st week sobra ako nahirapan totoo sumasakit pa yung ulo ko pero nilabanan ko talaga at naging maganda nmn ang mga outcomes hindi na ako nagccrave ng mga sweets di narin ako nagsosoda coffee nalang. Basta healthy food lang ang dapat kainin (low carb)😊😊😊

      Bago pa lang akong nanonood sa programa mo enjoy ako dahil marami akong natotonan.diabetic ako for more thsn ten years at nag iinsulin na ako fot 3 months at gusto kong gumaling sa diabetis na dina nag iinsulin

    Hi po Ms. Aileene. Ask ko lang po sana hindi naman po nakakabreak ng fasting ang paginom po ng ACV sa water? During feasting po okay lang po ba na two eggs in a meal ussually po kasi parang Two meals a day nalang po ako pero two eggs po partner ng chicken na food ko. Thanks po. 😊

    thank you sis this is very helpful..kahit tinamaan ako hahaha! eh yun snack ko nmn like after 3 hours ska konti lng yun fats and protein na inis snack ko..pro itratry ko rin yun intermittent fasting while on keto.

    lahat po ba ng explanation nyo is para sa nag keketo at fasting without workout? pano pag nag woworkout ka sa gym you can eat anything you want with moderation?or stick to keto and workout.

    Ask qo lang po SA LOW CARB DIET BA PWEDE BA KUMAIN NG MGA FRUITS LIKE SAGING ,APPLE, PINE APPLE ,GRAPES AT WATER MELON.......at anu ung nga pinag kakaiba ng nga pagkain ng pang low carb at pang keto...para kcng nagguluhan aq alam q more on fats and proteins sa keto ii sa low carb?...... thanks in advance......

      Hi po ang pagkakaalam ko po bawal si saging dahil high carb siya.. Mga fruits keto approved eh mga kamag anak ni strawberries, raspberry, water melon and melon is ok kasi less sugar, then wag tataas si protein over fats...then almost the same lang si low carb and si keto sa food intake.. Si keto kasi ay naka under kay low carb...hehe napanuod ko na po kasi explanation ni ms. Ai.. 😊

      I did the 48hr fast before, puro water lang ako nung 48hrs na yon. Pero nasa bahay lang ako non. 😂
