@@Elainebrown50The issue is if the PNP had managed and maintained things in the 18 years in office the JLP would not have to spend time trying to catch up to standard at this junction. The JLP has been spending time within the last 7 years to do what the PNP didn't do for 18 years. You are a very wicked person as you are willing to excuse incompetence and gross inefficient

@@Elainebrown50 The JLP was divided and lots of disloyalty thus the split in the party which created the NDM. Today a JLP that is united, fully funded with a track record of performance rated by the World Bank, the IMF and all the major financial rating agencies. Jamaica can walk into any financial institution and get a loan and bankers would be jumping over the counter to offer credits at really low interest. If you are a business person the you understand the enormity of this achievement
