I have a lawyer and went through all the stipulations and by-law and that was not in the paper works. There are a few air-bnb there already and have been doing well. I am happy that places have stipulations that don’t allow air bnb. I’m looking to relocate there and would love to have true neighbors surrounding me and my family. I totally get what you’re saying though so you know what you’re getting into based on your plans for your property.

There are comments on this post and other videos from people explaining problems with purchasing in this development; I hope the developer would post a video explaining what is going on. These units have been listed for 3-4 years now.
I love this property. The only things I would change is to have gutter around the house and to have an entry door from the inside which lead to the laundry room. Wat if yuh fraid a duppy a nite time? 🤔 🙆🏼♀️ 🤣 🤣 🤣
Master bathroom is roomy 👍🏾 my bedroom set have an armoire that could definitely fit 👌🏾n I love the lots of windows....the convenience of having the washroom outside is awesome very nice. How much ok 299US$ 👍🏾
Well, it has no space for a dining table unless the buyer is going to convert the den to a formal dining space. The living room area is small with no entryway.... it's just too small for the price in my humble opinion. The person who staged the house did a good job still.
I wish they would have passage or entryway, I don't like stepping straight into the living bedroom are. To me living and front room could be much bigger, I love large open modern. If my late parents were alive I would purchase that for them, more mature but lovely home 🏡🇬🇧🇯🇲😉

The info about the Airbnb is listed on the website under “Investor Package”. The realtor confirmed the fee is $564 USD per month. It is for the service provided for Airbnb renters. These are one of nicer properties of new developments in JA but there were too many red flags for us, including the fact they are still selling 3-4 years later. Not too mention they would not refund the reservation fee after giving our lot to someone who else and telling us to pick another. The owner of the development contacted us after seeing our review on TH-cam. He acknowledged some of our concerns. However we still chose not to move forward. We stand by everything we stated. This comment is not to deter anyone from buying. Please do your own research and make your own informed choice. Also, we love the Delpratts and will continue to support their channel.
There are lots of problems with some of these newly built development houses. One is the fact that they are built without gutters and that causes the fascia boards to rot and attract termites. Be very careful.
I've been interested in buying this development but it rarely see a development take so long to sell. If the developer had offered more land space or a more reasonable price $30 million max these would have been sold off long ago.
Premium is a relative term. It's hard enough to keep reputable companies honest I wouldn't trust this if it were my last opportunity. Something about this has scam written all over it.
