I absolutely love the peaceful atmosphere of country life. Surrounded by nature, fruit trees and all. I would have to make a well also and fix the road leading to the house. Put up a gazebo, make a hammock, maybe a pool. Love the fruit trees.

I luv that it has a lot of fruits but I would have to get a helicopter to get up there. The person or person's who will purchase this parcel of land will have to spend a lot to get it sorted out.
I believe that it's negotiable. Take back something for the road. If this was what I am looking for I would so grab and fix. There is too much to gain here.
