Jamaica is the 3rd largest Caribbean island. Jamaica is not small when you compare it to other islands. You are very well informed, and obviously did your homework about Jamaica. I like that you dress appropriately, not loud, and that you approach and speak to people respectfully. The history of Jamaica is very complex, and in this one short video you have captured some of it's history. I haven't watched any of your other vlogs, but I will from now on. By the way, I am Jamaican, and my favourite subjects in school were history, geography and English. Keep-up the good works.
@Africantigress thank u my dear for coming here and showcasing to the world what Jamaica actually looks like of course just like every country u will have an undeveloped area but truss me almost all of Jamaica are developed just like Africa before all they use to show us about Africa is hungry people, malnourished people, sick people, flies everywhere living conditions below poverty stage so one can just imagine how we use to feel awful for u guys and pray god will help your country so u can live a better life thank god for social media had it not be for this we wouldn't see the real Africa god bless u my sister🙏

Nice looking place. Every capital city has its own good side, which is not video taped by many people especially if there’re many embassies there. Street vending is what had messed up many towns & cities, especially in Africa where we have large populations
YT is eating some posts! The one I put up last night here on the top level is gone! At 22:24 you pointed out The Courtleigh-- that's where I stayed last May for the Kingston leg of my visit home. I also did take a walk down to Emancipation Park and saw it for the first time (it was developed after I left Ja). I must commend you for the self confidence you always show when a 'suitor' tries to take you on. You don't chase them away but you're clearly merely only humoured. Jamaica is not Haiti,I think Jamaica is able to have a positive image despite negative
Great commentary on Emancipation Park. Thank you for sharing. But, I must say ‘No weh betta Dan Portland’, peaceful, luscious, green, unspoilt and we are never too far from a river or the sea😂😂🇯🇲🇯🇲
Awww, nice to see you visit Jamaica from Kenya, and showcase the beautiful parts within Kingston. My parents and family are Jamaican, and I recognise some of where you went on your walk. I really enjoyed being in the New Kingston area during my last visit (late 2022). Nice to see how comfortable you felt, talking to locals and recording.Glad you enjoyed the country of my heritage!!
God Blessed you Sis I Enjoyed watching I Give you Thumbs up 👍
As. a. Tobagonian. Jamaica. Is. Extremely. Beautiful.
Tobago is gorgeous, too. So green and lush when I went years ago.
I really love Tobago. I visited Trinidad and Tobago and I was so drawn to Tobago. It reminded me of the countryside of Jamaica where I am from.
@sherrildavis3017 It reminded me alot of Portland.
Jamaica is a beautiful island 🏝️ the weather the people are very friendly the food is delicious yes one have to be careful and watch out for the people who are bent on destroying the name and brand and every where you go there will be bad people but overall most Jamaicans are good decent loving friendly people enjoy
Such a lovely video, I really enjoyed watching this, thanks so much for sharing. 💕
My hat's off to you African Tigress, you're doing a wonderful job with showing the beauty and History of Jamaica
African Tigress you're such a fascinating young lady this video is absolutely magnificent all the ancestors are following you around you're a great asset in this regard have a fabulous time❤❤❤❤💐🙏🙏🙏
You mean duppy dem is on her tail?!😮
The Ancestors are trying to follow her to Kenya.
@@jlau979 Funny ha ha 😂😂😂😂😂❤❤
Thanks so much for this! Well done.
As a lover of beautiful town & cities, I’ve enjoyed this episode. The Jamaica Pledge, Anthem & the Emancipation Park is just lovely& beautiful. Good that you had put the interview at the end. It is sad that our good friend who wants more wives doesn’t know that Islam also enslaved Africans. He also doesn’t know where Kenya is & yet Kenyans are known World over as great runners. Anyway, good content & thanks
Wow! Thank you African Tigress for showcasing the beautiful capital of Jamaica - Kingston. Lovely video. Love it❤🎉😂
Blessup uself Tigress, more lyfe, health, wealth, n prosperity ❤️🙏🏿
Beautifully done! Great is African Tigress! 💪Up up up!
Thank you African Tigress for showing this side of kindness Kingston JA. I live in Uk and visit quite often to see relatives. I have to say I have only been to new Kingston once several years ago, it’s far more developed now, so thanks for showing new Kingston. I will have to visit there next time I am in JA. God Bless you enjoy your time in JA❤️👍👍
You could also pass as a Jamaican, Love ❤🔥&🙏 Respect goes out to u. From Jamaica 😘❤
Very educational volg. God bless you.
Thank you for your very informative, fair and honest presentation of a part of the Jamaican landscape. I am a Jamaican, living in the UK and I enjoyed this trip down memory lane.
This is the best video of Jamaica that i've seen so far. All of the other videos always show impoverished areas with lots of poverty and negativity.. Its about time that a positive video be made. Thanks
Africa Tigress go to skochys for a meal which just near where you are filming, also if you turn off to your right there is an indoor shopping arcade with some good reasturants
Thank all you African. Who comes here and highlight jamaica in a positive way unlike the Jamaican vlogger whose feeds on the negative of this country they are burning jamaica for views.
Also in Caribbean Estate over by Portmore the different sections are named after Islands in the Caribbean also
Love it !! Keep bringing us more about my beautiful country 🇯🇲🇯🇲. Much love to our African sisters and brothers.
Nice looking place. Every capital city has its own good side, which is not video taped by many people especially if there’re many embassies there. Street vending is what had messed up many towns & cities, especially in Africa where we have large populations
Yes I was there. 3 months. Very Very. Nice place. 👌 my. Jamaica 🇯🇲
Thanks for reading!
I got a kick out of Keea repeating the MoBay guy's words "dagger dagger de ting" when you were in Negril. That Bajan gyal cracks me up!

Been watching you for a while, just subscribed. Thanks for showing the other side of Kingston.🇯🇲🇨🇦
Tigress we love an will always support you 👏🏾💪🏾
Hope that you get a chance to do Hope Gardens! Of all the African TH-camrs in Jamaica I have not seen one that have done Hope Garden!
There's no more Hope Gardens, the government allowed it to go into ruins, it's no longer an attraction.
There's a hope garden now but not like the old one less animals and people visiting
@@magdelenemcfadden1493the botanical gardens is still there. It's still beautiful
