I never usually need tutorials for stuff, (i just dont do a lot technology wise) but i subscribed because i feel like i beed to support a creator that gets straight to the point, does exactly what he says he'll do, your awesome man!
tysm!!! ive been worried i would startup my pc infront of my parents and apps popping up... (iykyk) but this really helped ty!! also thanks for getting straight to the point and not just doing like a scam giveaway or something. my idiot brain cant comprehend most of this stuff so this vid was really easy for me and very simple
Thank you sir. Lately when ever I was about to start computer it would crash more often due to the amount of unnecesserily app that would automaticaly start by itself, now the problem is fixed
Thanks Mann The XBox & Spotify have an option to be off in the startup menu , but the prob I have is that Instagram gets also opened as I had downloaded it from Microsoft Store , What should I do bro ??
I think there's honestly only 2 startup apps I'd have, steam and discord, don't think anything else has much of an use on booting up. Except essential stuff that makes your PC function.
I believe it's how much of your computer's resources it uses during startup of the CPU and disk usage. If you do a quick Google search, there's big long technical explanations of it.
What do I do if several programs start up when turning on and they don't show on the list? Also vica versa I have CCleaner turned off but it starts up anyway. Discord starts up but it dont show on the list, GOG starts up but it is turned off :/
Thanks for the help, although I managed to stop most of my apps to boot up on launch, I couldn’t find Discord as one of the apps listed in “Startup”. The only app that boots up at launch now is Discord so thank you for helping stop the other apps from launching. Is Discord supposed to be listed in the “Startup” tab? Do I need to disable it somewhere else? I could go look up the solution somewhere else but I felt like asking here since this video has been so helpful so far.
I've had All turned off for awhile. If I have Norton do I still need Windows Security notification icon on? I'm going to revisit apps and see if I want to make any changes. Edge running at start up was annoying. Is it necessary to have any browser start automatically?
I have a new ASUS computer which is supposed to have the latest Windows 11. When I click on the Apps Settings there is no Start Up Option at the botton of the list. Have I done something wrong?
I got to this point before I watched this video but the apps I'm trying to shut off do not show up here. Is there another way? I also tried going into the folders, show hidden files and I still can't find anything to shut it off
Appreciate the presentation, thanks! Any ideas on why on my new windows 11 mini desktop, when I try to share TH-cam vlogs via email, an "untitled" box appears, not an email address box?

I believe in discord you have to disable it in the software itself. Here's a video I made on the topic. th-cam.com/video/XWaRGV0s58g/w-d-xo.html

If I remember correctly, there's a setting in discord that you need to turn off as well for it not to automatically start up.
