I loved that class and will definitely be doing it again. My balance is somewhat wobbly after breaking my ankle last year, but I feel this workout will help with that x
This routine is exactly what I need! My legs are strong and slim, BUT my feet and ankles are wobbly. I have balance problems (eye/foot coordination). However, I take your advice and do just what I can. For instance, I use a small chair when lifting one leg repetedly. I don't need to grasp the chair. It's not a matter of weight. I place one finger on the chair when I need it for balance. Sometimes I leave the finger on the chair, but often I lift the finger to see it I can sustain the balance pose just for a second or three! I know that with time, if I keep doing your routine, I will not need the chair or the finger for balance. Maybe others can try this method.
