Definitively challenging! I am 81 and have done Pilates daily with you since 2020. I was able to do all the arm exercises without putting my arms down. It was not an easy workout. I just did three Pilates sessions on an 8 day trip and what a difference. I was less flexible and noticed little aches. I am back to daily sessions and pain free. You are an awesome instructor.
I’ve followed you since lockdown. I’m 73, and have Multiple Sclerosis, so definitely a challenge !!! This practice was a little fast…..but then I’m slow 😢 ! Very good for me 😊
As I’ve been doing your Pilates with weights I decided to pick my light weights up for the arm exercises. Wow that was hard but I did it. I love the fact that your classes are so adaptable for every level. Thank you as always.
Hello Rachel, from India i have done your nee pelaties from 2monthes i feel great &now days i also practice pilates from your anthor videos i realised more strength in my calf muscles i am at 55
I’m 74 and suffer from Polymyalgia Rheumatica and I have restarted your exercises, I am really bad with co/ ordination, found it really hard to lift my arms, but since i have restarted the exercises, I can now lift my arms, and my knees are much better, and I don’t need to take the Steroids as often. Thank you.
I need this. I’m in therapy now to strengthen my leg muscles. I have a form of MD. Dystrophy of the muscle so I’m weak and have weak leg muscles and arm muscles. Therapy is helping but I’m happy to find you. It’s free and I don’t have to buy the app. Thank you. ❤
It's a tricky one, you think it is easy-peasy (I wanted to make two easier ones today), until Rachel pulls out those arm exercises at the end :-) . But it was fun and those arms need it. Thank you!

I find them absolute useful after an arduous work of weeding for senior friends in my town's community garden and in my extensive garden as well. The senior Pilates choices and selections are great too, that I can pick and choose every week, doing them over and over again according to my body needs. I bet, I have press "like "over and over again too for many of those videos. I do not mind. I love doing it.

Wow, after several hours in the car last few days, that felt terrific! All the areas I need to work- I’m 59 now, but balance/ataxia deficits often make me feel older…great to get back to Pilates, I credit Rachel’s knowledge, excellent classes and positive attitude with the recovery I’ve made over last several years! My issues will be for the rest of my life, but thanks to daily Pilates my quality of life is better than I expected right after my brain surgeries. Even got to take a little birthday 🥳 trip to the mountains! I get fatigued, but with a rest in between outings I can still enjoy things. Thank you, Rachel, you’re a ⭐️ 😊❤

I remember trying your videos a few years ago and really feeling a positive effect, but then I also added weight training and hill walking to the mix. And got so tired that I'd hit the couch rather than the play button on a pilates video. This time I'm trying to put the pilates first every morning. But I'm afraid that will mean dropping the other forms of exercise. However the other types aren't really helping me get rid of pain and stiffness as I age. Just curious what you do. Love your channel and your attitude! ❤

Did this video today, and managed all of it, albeit with some modifications. Still stiff, especially my knees, after my fall this past Sunday. I didn’t go gung ho. The arm exercises were challenging. Kept my arms up until the last few reps. Couldn’t continue, as they were getting sore. I want to thank you Rachel, @Robyn Nuekomm, @Marion Wilk, @Martine DeKerpel for your concern about my fall. Strangely, it had nothing to do with balance. I’m good there. Caught the edge of my sandal on the curb, or at least that’s what I think happened. I’m so very grateful I wasn’t seriously hurt. No broken bones!!

At 80 I enjoyed this course. However my hips are very tight so would like more exercises. I found the arm exercises very easy. Thankyou.

Great workout for a 74 year old with Parkinsons. Lots of clicking and popping of joints but managed the routine.
