      All you have to do is not eat constantly, doctors have no clue. Eating frequently creates high insulin levels all the time and that creates insulin resistance that triggers even more insulin release, creating cancers and obesity and chronic inflammation.
      Anyone can effortlessly lose weight eating anything in any amount as long as you DON'T EAT for 16-22 continuous hours per day, like we were designed.
      Doctors want you dying so they milk millions off of your insurance. They force you to add insulin shots in near lethal doses so people balloon to 400 lbs and cancer consumes them. They key to health is to do the exact opposite of medical witchcraft. It's so easy it's sad once you understand how simple it is to completely reset your health in a few days and lose any amount of weight in 6 months.

      You're young enough that you can accomplish a lot of repair!! Our cells continuously replace themselves so that in 2 years time your liver, heart etc, all is brand new. All of your blood is replaced in 9 months for example. Change what you need to a bit at a time so that in a year you have great health habits.(it took me 12 years to fully fix my digestive problems, I started at 50). Best of luck to you.😉

    I grew up in Russia and during Soviet union people grew their own vegetables , most people had country houses with land. And we were always told as children, if an apple has a worm in it , that's the best Apple on a tree... the worm will only choose the best..

      @@donnahlogerot6081 I'm on keto, and eat a lot of healthy fats. Instead of milk, I use heavy cream and almond milk. I don't eat tomatoes. My fatigue is virtually gone. I have no inflammation. I'm 45, and some days I have so much energy that I run circles around my coworkers!

    Resveratrol is non-existent or very low in grapes that are sprayed with anti-mold and anti-fungal sprays. If one chooses red wine to get this substance, then organic wine is the only way to guarantee such sprays have not been used. If you spare the plant from trying to fight off mold and fungus then it is not stressed in order to produce this substance. He was accurate in this regard.

    I grew up with plain Vitamin D. Now it’s all about vitamin D 3. Recently, I heard about vitamin D 2.
    So, which vitamin D is he talking about? 🤷‍♀️
    I googled: The two forms of vitamin D differ depending on their food sources. Vitamin D3 is only found in animal-sourced foods, whereas D2 mainly comes from plant sources and fortified foods. Since vitamin D2 is cheaper to produce, it's the most common form in fortified foods.

    Pretty sure I had leaky gut. It's ok now. I would wake up with this gnawing unpleasant feeling of hunger. Then I would eat (carbs) and get a severe GI pain for about 20 minutes. All the while a headache was brewing. BMs were large and usually 2-3 every morning. I often felt hypoglycemic and treated it by eating whatever was handy. I knew I needed a reset. I Also wanted to lose weight. I fell back on the old familiar Atkins diet because I have had success with this in the past. From day one things really improved. In the process I found Dr Gundry on TH-cam. Now I am incorporating his suggestions and I feel so much better. I even feel more alert and energetic.

    Organic doesn't mean that a plant has not been sprayed with pesticides. It means it has not been sprayed with synthetic pesticides. Organic food can still be treated with organic pesticides and in some cases the organic pesticide can be more harmful than the synthetic alternative.
    So it kinda depends on which pesticide was used to decide whether to buy an organic or non-organic product. Of course we have no way of knowing what was used.

    I am no doctor but intuitevely I know that fruit is seasonal, but not only for the summer. Here in Brazil, there are some types of fruit that are ripe in the Spring, others in the Fall and some in the winter, so eat your fruit when it is available, just be mindful to not eat too much, because too much of anything isn't good anywyays. I like Dr. Gundry a lot. Thanks for having him on your show. Namaste.

      agreed and actually fruits are way over rated. In moderation are fine but definitely you need to watch them. veggies are good generally speaking, but not as good as this doctor makes them to be. First you never should consume more than 1300 calories per day and 80-90% of calories should come from meat/fish and healthy oils. I agree 100% with the doctor about olive oil. Believe it or not I always gulp down a spoonful of organic olive oil early in the morning, and that is my breakfast lol. eat the rest 10-20% vegies and rarely fruits. Eat two spoonful of ground flax seed per day. when flu season take 2000mg vitamin c and 2000 mg lysine twice per day. There it is your recipe for 120 years of healthy living.

      It's so true! What actually turned it around for us is when my stepmother was going through cancer, for the 3rd time, we asked her doctor if changing her diet would help. He lost his cool on us and called my wife and I conspiracy theorists. That was the answer I needed.

    Ive been taking 10,000 IU a day for about 10 years I am a 2005 Gastric By pass recipient. that keeps my blood levels at around 80 at one time I thought I was dying it ended up being a vitamin D level of 8!!! i will never go without D3 supplements ever.     As far as the Genes go. I was starting to think the same thing as he states in this video. My mother and her sisters are in very poor health and I was always afraid I would end up the same. So I took way better care of myself and I am nothing like any of them. I am aging really slow and in great health.

      Most doctors don't realize, when they ask about "family history", they are less asking about genetics, more asking about family culture/habits (lifestyle).
      Most people grow up with the same habits as their family of origin, but of course if you don't like those outcomes, you can exercise free will to create a different outcome for yourself. 👍👍

    Have a whole food, nutrient-rich diet that avoids foods that irritate your gut

Quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, Quarter teaspoon of blackpepper & half a teaspoon of pure olive oil.Mix these three ingredients with warm water & drink it,followed by half a teaspoon of honey in warm water.       about 60-70% of what he says is all good. The rest is crap. But that's not too bad since for most doctors its the other way around. BTW, Dr. Sinclair seems to be more advanced and precise in the area of anti aging, or healthy aging. This dude speaks mainly in general terms.

    I used to take vit D daily and my levels were Appx 90. Then I was diagnosed with arterial sclerosis having by a calcium score of 1400. Some blockage but a symptomatic.
    I was then advised to stop vit D because it causes calcium deposits. What is your take on this Dr. G? Your professional opinion is greatly appreciated. Thank you

      Look up vitamin K2. It is essential to have it to prevent calcium deposits on the wrong places. Look up dr. Price.

      A small pinch of Borax a day (a common natural boron source salt ).
      Also helps the body to move the calcification from soft tissues.
      + vitamin k2 (as mentioned earlier)
      + bathing with about 1kg magnesium chloride flakes in the water, (you can order it online in big sacks. or making the “brine” of it for topical use is called magnesium oil.

      Check with your doctor. Sometimes excess calcium deposits could be a sign of kidney issues or hyperparathyroidism.

      The supplements he sells are merely for convenience. No supplements that he sells are required to follow his dietary suggestions. He has suggested supplementing with a time release Vitamin C and Vitamin D3, neither of which he sells. And we now know that a Vitamin D deficiency is a co-factor for contracting coronavirus.

      Agreed! My dentist explained pricing to me because she paid $500,000 to get her degree 20 years ago (even more now) and dr's are paying on debts. He deserves to sell this information considering all the money he spent for schooling, plus the time spent in labs, traveling for seminars, networking, researching, reading and writing books. He's doing the world a service by giving us any of this information for free. He's gotta make a living and you wouldn't expect someone to just give away a product they make...and his product just happens to be words.

      You should only take D3 with K2. It has to do with calcium deposits in your body. Add Magnesium even better.

    Man had change caw milk, but I grew up drinking a lot of portions of pure caw milk and I almost 70 years old. I prep and paint my entire house, have a huge garden, cut grass, clean,and cook very often for 3 more people. I remember growing up, we never eat red meat, chicken from the store it was out of question, our contents of sugar it was limited, we didn’t eat green leaves neither, we would vegetables every day, sweet potato, green bananas, names,dry codfish, chicken from the farm, rice and beans every day. My question is if we are more than 10 minutes outside, do we still need that vitamin D3?

      Wow, your good genes save you. My good friend Marjorie is a nutrition freak, taking about 52 supplements a day ( 5 of this 3 of that), looks 80 at 50! ……..she is always cranky, never a happy kid. 😂

    in anciant medicin book of india named charak samhita it is written that dont eat more then three times a day. there must be minimum 3 hours gap in every meal,and maximum 6hours gap in regular basis if you are not fasting.
    dinner should be taken before sun set or 6pm.
    there is english version online .
    great charaka was sage and most of herbal treatment are avalable in charak samhita. one can also consult aurveda(indian medicin) expert online.

      getting sunshine is great. Vitamin D is way over rated in my opinion. I never ever seem to get any kind of benefit from it. I do however get huge benefits from other supplements i.e. magnesium, potasium, vitamin C and Lysine as an example. so i really have started to doubt the hype about vitamin D.

    Great video, Loved every minute of it. Just a question about using 1 liter of olive oil a week. I am almost there, I use sometimes more then 1 liter i think. My question is, Well i use it in my salad as dressing but most of the time i used it ti fry meat or vegies. Is that ok to fry stuff with it, Or did DR. Gundry ment 1 liter only as dressing (not cooked) Also i order my olive oil from Spain, so i know i have a good quality olive oil. Keep up the good work Lewis, I enjoy your videos a lot :) Send my regards to Dr. Gundry if you have the chance, there are not enough people like him :)

    I am diabetic, 3years now. I recently developed auto immune disease (psoriasi) and it is so itchy and painful. What can I eat to reverse this condition.

    Look after your gut bacteria- I love that. It’s the same with gardening- look after the soil bacteria, and the soil will look after the plants. We used to think we had to fertilise the plants, but no, we need to feed the soil bacteria.

      @@justinebourke2811 A lot of the things he says are wrong.........he reads studies that anyone can read,.......and misinterprets them,......he is not a real doctor,.....he can't prescribe medicine, ....chiropractic practice is not a real science to begin with ,it's a joke......he passes himself off as a knowledgeable MD....and he is not.......he does his show to sell his own formulars, powders, and products.

    I eat icecream everyday! My doctor says I have high cholesterol, other than that, I'm healthy. But what doesn't add up is, I'm 42, clearly look 25 (no joke), never weighed anything over 57kg, currently 55kg. So i still think the genes play a great deal in all of this. That said, yes I'm struggling with my ice cream addiction 😔 and will struggle to eat more vegetables after watching this

    A 100 year old man was asked what does he attribute his longevity to and he replied that it was his diet. He said that since he was 70 every day he drinks a bottle of Ripple and eats bread fried in fatback. The interviewer said why don't you use bacon instead of fatback and he replied, bacon's too lean.

    I remember a friend of me saying “does mediterranean, asian and caribbean people look always younger then we”. Then we discovered that they eat less garbage but more fresh fruits and vegetables. And they have more of a “mañana mañana” mentality (not everybody) so less stress to.
    Guess that’s what they do right and that’s there “secret”.

      I am Mediterranean from Kabylia ,We eat to much veggies ,fruits,sea food ,meat ,pasta like couscous and of course to much much much olive oil.

    58:24 And saturated fat LIKE........interruption! Ugh. Like what kind of SATURATED FATS? Organic Virgin Coconut Oil? I could've done the same thing and this vid has taught me how to do an interview - never finish others sentences and just keep letting them speak so you get everything they want to say.

    I freakin love mushrooms 🍄 ❤️💕 I love the sun as well (vitamin D) and I squeeze lime juice in water every day, talk about getting some vitamin C!!! I’m never sick and neither are my kids.

      instead of taking fish oil take krill oil if you not allergic to shrimp it has Astaxanthin in it krill oil is little shrimp like crustacean that eats plankton that's what salmon eats to turn red

    Dr. Gundry, please look into tea seed oil (camilla oil) known as the olive oil of the orient also the smoke level is 485° and wild blue berries which are very survivable, so that we can see them more often on our store shelves. Thank you

    I'm just wondering if the Dr only eats 2hr a day how he will manage to eat 8 cabs of vegetables and other food to give you enough calories for a day ?

    On lockdown in the food stores I didn't have a problem getting healthy food as there was plenty left all rest of shelves of refined foods were emptying quickly 😅
