Did anything you did with the head affect the valve timing? I have an ‘82 Kubota that’s pushing coolant out of the gasket (injector side) externally at higher RPM.

Hello, This is very informative video. I have an excavator Pel-Job EB16 from 1991 and it has the same engine K3E 1.061L. Can you tell me what is the normal pressure in the cooling system, is it written on the radiator cap. I am suspecting my radiator cap to be faulty or non original as from time to time I have water pushed out from the overflow line.
What wrong with the other head is no way to fix? I have a 2004 diesel mule 3010 need gasket replaced but im not sure make bubbles on radiator and colant don't flow at all from water pump to the engine and red ligh appear right away
Yes. I know I'm supposed to use new ones, but we wanted to keep cost down as much as possible. It worked out fine. That tractor is still running strong.
@@justtinkering6054 have too ask because i Work with a ihi 179 when the headgasket have blowed betwin cylinder 2 and 3 , so i have get many answers of yes and now
I have a Jinma 354LE 3cyl diesel, I cannot get the head off? removed all head bolts, all attached pieces, still will NOT move! what's the secret? its so tight, there has to be some more bolts and 4 of us have looked and looked.. cannot find anything holding it on! HELP

If you watch to the very end, you'll see it running. I didn't record actually turning the key, but I started the camera as soon as it started.

100% fix the issue?
100% fixed. He's been using the tractor with no issues for 9 months and it is still going strong. No more issues.
what was the torque on valve cover
I don’t recall if I torqued the valve cover to a spec.
