I played ur game and found some bugs(maybe features): When aiming with the rifle(RMB), I cant turn, only run. I sometime got stuck in the floor(I guess?) after being crowded When the boss gets low the punch deals A LOT of damage Features u could add: You could add respawns at the start of the run and be able to change the difficulty between game.(You could also add a difficulty which u cannot respawn and stuck on terminator difficulty) Also U can add edge climbing. Just some thoughts :)

@@EmisDev also adding an infinite mode would really attract the player into playing more, as it very annoying when im almost complete with the run but I die. The infinite mode would be in one single room that would change after each round, and the rounds would get progressively harder. Then there are two option: Either you could make a points system based on how many kills you get or something and could spend it on upgrades in a main menu shop or in the story-game mode, OR, you could make a leaderboard system of people based on their points. That would keep up the competitiveness. first one is probably better for beta, but the online way would be harder to make BUT u could expand on it and make an online mode or something. just a thought :)

Bro please add your old weapons to dead from beyond, like wonder weapons, i know your finished with it but please 🥺 i think that will be a great idea to add more power weapons and more rarity for the wonder weapons
Im trying to make a game which also takes heavy inspiration from doom but I am struggling on things like level and enemy designs, could you share some of the thought process when you were designing these things aswell as how to create levels as the way i have done it(creating tiles in blender and copy and pasting to unity to make levels) seems slow and inefficient.
Enemies: This is prob the most fun thing for me. Since I was making rather low poly characters it wasn't that hard to model them, just give them a unique shape to help distinguish them from each other. Their abilities were a bit harder to think of, but then again, they're all quite simple. I didn't really struggle much with this part. Key takeaways: Make enemies distinguishable by their silhouette. Do not make reskins of existing enemies - make unique ones. This is the reason the yellow hammer bot became a ranged burst firing enemy instead of a melee reskin of the pickaxe bot. Levels: This is by far the hardest thing to make in most games. For Droid Fortress I made modular pieces that I then used to build out levels, this is tedious af and unperformant actually, but at the time I didn't know of a better solution. For the performance problem, the best idea would be to combine the tile meshes in to a single or multiple large meshes (per room basis) . However I wouldn't really recommend this approach. More recently I started making levels almost exclusively outside of Unity, in Blender (used this approach in Dead From Beyond) and this improved workflow (somewhat), performance, and visuals (or I just got better). Now if were talking actual good level design, then I my best advice would be to playtest levels.... like a lot.
