I started following your yoga channel a couple of years ago during lockdown - having never done yoga before. Since then I have done many in person yoga classes and tried yoga with a couple of other people online but honestly Kassandra, I always come back to your videos time and time again. Your energy is so calming and the way you explain all the poses throughout is so clear that you don't even have to watch the video half the time and can really just close your eyes and focus on the movement of your body in the moment and your breathing. Thank you so much for sharing so much free content - I am forever grateful for your service :)
omg that was definitely my favourite one so far!! loved the focus on stretching the hip flexors and the movements were really fun connected! Loved it❤️
I love the poses but what I love even more is the focus to my breathing, I tend to hold my breath when a pose is difficult or hurt a lot and focusing on my breath helps me not only stay focused but I can literally feel the difference physically as well, especially in forward folds with every breath I get a little lower 💞 these videos are amazing - yoga before bedtime is my absolute favorite thank you thank you thank!!
#Goodevening - I had gone to bed, thinking that it was a little too late for me to do the evening yoga session. BUT, laying there, I realized that I would fall asleep much easier if I got up and did the 15 minutes instead of waiting for half an hour to begin to fall asleep without it. So again, thank you Kassandra. Now, I feel good and relaxed, ready for a good night sleep.
I absolutely love these nightly short yoga sequences - there is no excuse not to do it every night no matter how time poor I am! Thank you Kassandra!!!

Another benefit I'm discovering of this evening practice is that because winter is coming up here, by doing this you build up a little warmth before climbing into bed
My doctor told me to do something relaxing for myself for 15 minutes every night. I found this challenge. I just finished day 17 and I'm really enjoying these practices. Thank you!
Had a steep uphill hike in the mountains today on our first day of relaxation of district COVID restrictions! ... Really tired... Toyed with skipping class.... 💕 So glad a took it, thank you, Kassandra, of course it was exactly the thing I needed to stretch and relax tired and sore muscles before bedtime #goodevening 💕

#GoodEvening2022 I feel better and better each day I complete the daily challenges consistently. This felt so good to stretch out my hips and lower back. I am always so tight in my lower body and these morning and evening flows are showing me I can get looser. I already plan to re-complete the challenge again after I finish this 30 day phase I am on. It was very nice and my electrician hips sure feel better as a result. Incredible actually. Years of chiro, physio, osteo and it was my therapist who got my back (hip) issues in line by recommending some yoga and meditation. Thank you for making these available to us.
Beuatiful Kassandra…you are amazing! I have signed Up to the 30 day free evening yoga and am doing it with my husband. He resisted at the beginning but now looks forward to our practice! When Chloe the cat isn`t there we miss her! But understand this is a professional platform. Being the mother of 6 children in their late 20’s and early 30’s… I recognise them in you (or you in them!)…thank you for persevering during these times and going online! I’m in the netherlands now, but will be going to the Caribbean in January and will take you with!!!!

I recently joined a kickboxing class and this series is a very great accompaniment to my workout goals. It feel so good to synch in with a feel good stretch each night, helps relieve the sore muscles.

I just started doing bedtime yoga last week, after doing more intense daytime practices daily for the last several months (I had previously been in dance then pilates and running and wanted something more nourishing). And I have slept SO well since I started. So soothing. Makes my body feel so fantastic. I love these videos!! Thank you Kassandra for making them!
