Just starting leaving out the heavy bag on these workouts and they work out an entire portion of my body I didnt realize. The past two days have had me dead 💀. Jumping back to the bag tomorrow. Keep em coming Coach Bower 🥊👊💪🥇

You can I doing 5 boxing workouts and I add some strengh after box with dumbels and bodyweight and 6th day I am in gym 7th day is off. Try this its very nice and u will get good results!💪
If a person have no partner to sparr with and he shadowbox everynight ,hit the heavybag , and do mittwork can he improve his stmaina far as fighting? How often do you shadowbox to maintain sharp techniques and endurance?
