Another videos fix for this was cleaning corrosion under the screws on the engine fuse box. It was screwing with the grounding. Cleaned it and fixed the misfires.
Great vid working on a 16 Traverse cleaned all the intake valves new coils and plugs and all new injectors and still misfiring on #4 any ideas much appreciated BTW compression seems good ,,,,,BTW Did you find out what was wrong with it ?
Puedes poner el cilindro número 4 en punto muerto superior y estando las valvulas cerradas inyectar aire a precion y escuchar por donde se escapa el aire escape o intake y hasi podremos decirle al cliente un diagnóstico más sertero
Interesting video and good documentation. I'm going to guess a broken valve Spring but it could be a lot of things. Yup, scope will tell. Ya comments at the end sound like South main auto's comments. 😁
i'm having a similar issue with my 09 acadia. did plugs and all coil packs and even re did the timing and still getting misfire codes for ALL cylinders besides cylinder 2. no oil on the plugs and all cylinders are running about 130psi compression. honestly, I'm so lost and have been trying to fix this issue for going on a year now. no other codes other than misfire and cat efficiency but the cat codes are from the cats being removed to make sure it wasn't a clogged cat causing an issue.
never did unfortunately, just sold it and said to hell with it. no matter what i did, it didnt solve any issue. the motors are just junk@@joediduch5457
Relax people it's corrosion more likely on the pins on the bottom part of the engine fuse box separating the box with the two bolts in the center 80; percent of the time that's the cause another thing to check is the throttle body on both sides they load with oil damaging sensor which can cause multiple miss fires

Did you get any results? I'm in the same boat as you, 2016 traverse with misfire on #5
Thank you
It's the corrosion on the pins under the lower part of engine fuse box

Thank you for a great video.
What do you think it will cost for repairs per your recommendations?

Eric and I think alike on a lot of stuff
I have 2011 traverse.misfire on 2,4,6 and engine oil pressure sensor light.timing chain was done 6 month ago.
Nice vedio
This channel is just like Eric O’s 🤔

Me too. 2011 Traverse. I’ve had two mechanics give up and I’ve replaced lots of stuff.
