    Just to let you know, I woke up during the night to a voice crying “liver” and found this video to help and will continue to use it everyday. Thank you very much for your video and I’d encourage you to do more of these as they are great, ‘to the point’ and very helpful, I feel a lot more ‘relieved’ after waking back up so again, thank you and have a nice day😁

    ST 36 is always helpful for me. and healing sound for the liver. I have been told by an acupuncturist that I have spleen Chi/Qi deficency also. He also recommended I do this and always put a needle on these points. Once I get away from bad family members and certain people I always feel better. I have keep learning to block out others energy. Thanks for the video.

    What's it mean if it's very painful/uncomfortable in these spots when pressing them?

    • @HealthyWorldCuisine
      @HealthyWorldCuisine  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there Allan! Usually the more painful the points - the more liver stagnation you have. It is very common for them to be painful and it means that you are in the correct location.

    • @HealthyWorldCuisine
      @HealthyWorldCuisine  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @jody, this has been a very stressful time for everyone. Take one day at a time. We found the very best way to deal with stress when you just can't take it any more is to get outside and enjoy the trees or a little hike in nature. For everything else in between a little liver point acupressure only takes a moment but is really effective. So sorry for our late response. Take Care

      You are very welcome Rachel. Drinking water to flush out your system is generally a good idea. Try to avoid iced water as the extreme cold makes it hard on your body. You can read more about that in our post www.hwcmagazine.com/recipe/feed-your-spleen/. Take care

    I have to press really really hard to feel the “good pain” from pressure points. Is that normal? Does it mean anything about the body?

    • @HealthyWorldCuisine
      @HealthyWorldCuisine  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there Katie, this is very normal. What we have found is that individuals that have a high pain with lighter touch on these points have more liver qi stagnation than individuals that do not have so much pain with a lighter touch.
