Thank you so much for these exercises. The one with the sitting rotation helps me enormously, but I get sooooo cold from it all day all night, really freezing chills on my back and my hands. Am I doing too much ? Even when my acupuncturist gives me herbal medicine, the normal dosage is way too much and the reaction to it is way too strong so I was thinking maybe I need to do less rotations ? Looking forward to your advice on this 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Do these cleansing exercise change yr body odour.... Will it normalize after we are cleaned from inside out.... I noticed a difference since I started yr wonderful exercises.... Plse clarify❤
I would to know how to improve circulation to my legs and feet I am having a lot of pain. Also why this pain is more intense between 7:00pm to 11:00pm nobody I asked tell me the reason I know it has to do with the meridians but why that hour
Of course you have to have a right diet and mental, emotional, social and practícal habits if any treatment is to substantiably help. Do you take sugar and/ or alcohol?
