- When it comes to finesse bass fishing, most times anglers think of shallow and slow. The baits are downsized, often to an extreme degree. But that doesn't always have to be the case. Sometimes you can fish a finesse presentation that is both a large bait and in deeper water. In this video, we'll discuss such a presentation that is sure to raise your bass fishing game to new heights! #fishing #bassfishing #fishingtips

What's your favorite summertime technique for catching those big bass?
I don't catch big bass, that's why I am watching this video lol. I like senko's and lately the yamatanuki
A jig was a mystery to me for a long time, and then like you said, it became a confidence bait very quickly. Almost always throw smaller jigs now, more finesse I guess you would say, but they have caught lots of fish over the years.
I'm a sucker for a Bitsy Bug for sure! Great little jigs that catch tons of fish! Way more versatile than many anglers give them credit for.
Thanks for the info low brow. I like the magnum set up. I will throw it this weekend
Awesome! I think you'll really like it!
Good video I was watching on my phone and couldn’t tell exactly where you were placing the weight on that magnum Waco, rig.
For the jelly worm, I insert it right into the egg sack with the point facing down, away from the hook. For other worms, I do essentially the same as a regular Waco rig, only with a bigger setup. Here's a video all about the Waco rig, I think it will help - th-cam.com/video/JIQmOm1fIog/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for another great tip and technique! Got to give it a try! Thank you buddy!
Let me know how it goes!
Thank you very much!👊 I like your channel and how you do things. Very professional. 👏🎣
Thank you so much!
Top water mourning and evenings
Gotta love a topwater blowup!
I live here in Ohio and I fish reservoirs I don't hear many people talking about fishing reservoirs from the bank
Most anglers at the reservoirs in my area are actually bank anglers.
The Waco rig is legit. Don't have a ton of grass where I fish but I use it anyway and I caught a good number of fish.
It works so well!
Swing head with the biggest worm I can get is my secret for going after the toads. Every year I catch at least a few over 6 pounds with that technique.
They do catch toads!
Shaky head has always been my go-to set up
That's a great way to catch fish!
Ned rigs are my favorite finesse. But that big Waco is something I really want to try. Can it work on a spinning setup?
Absolutely, but you might want a beefy rod the handle to extra weight.
1/4 ounce bitsy jig with a ned TRD for a trailer. Gets bites when the lake is packed with other fishermen.
Those small jigs are really good!
Where do you put the nail weight? In the head?
In the egg sack just under the hook. That way the worm is weighted in the middle and falls just like a wacky rig but is virtually weedless.
I had a buddy that liked them big worms like that. I never used them though.
They catch big fish!
That new rig looks scary 😂😂.
Scare the fish into biting!
So how are you fishing that Mag rig? Are you just dragging it on the bottom? Thanks
Just like a Waco rig - let it fall and with a little slack in your line, give it a couple pops and let it fall again. Vary it up and try to have a random presentation.
Thank you Sir.
That's a 12" worm, correct?
Yep! Good ol' Mann's Jelly worm!
wasted 10 mins of my time, thx
Thanks for watching!
