One of my first concerts with front row. 3 guys on a humongous stage, back when a band could pack a stadium with one opener. Every time the high notes were coming up I thought no way he hits this one or holds that note - He ran all over, and sang flawlessly. The drummer also has a killer high lead voice and sings many of their songs. Their voices were naturally perfect for incredible harmonies. Cheers!!

Ric Emmett (Lead Vocals and Guitar) is simply incredible and his rhythm section of Mike Levine (Bass) and Gil Moore (Drums) are right on par with him. Fast Way was a great band. His voice is the same live. He can hit the high notes.

I never got into this band. Sounded like a commercial version of Rush to me. But this is a great song. Thanks for turning me on to it, cats.

If you guys want to continue the 80s Rush-Triumph-Canada vibe, you should give a listen to Saga. "On the Loose" or "Don't Be Late" would be great!

Brad takes in music exactly the opposite as me. I get lost in the music itself first, and then eventually delve into the lyrics and meaning. The 80's high pitch is also something that we connected to. You have to understand that there was no autotune back then. These vocalists could bring it. I don't think we'll ever get another generation that can touch the 80's.

I knew Brad wouldn't be down with the high vox. ( explain the Bjork thing to me then, Brad😂) , but Im with him on the song meaning. "Sucked in , chewed up & spit out." that about sums it up.

Good one!!! y'all need to check out some 38 special. They had a lot of hits.
I think Brad would dig 38 special, the singer doesn't have a high pitch voice. I know he and i are on the same page about that.

One of my favorite ballads from the 70s. One of their best songs. So much emotion in Rick Sanfords vocals. The first two albums are the best. Especially their debut. Very underrated band. Good suggestion.

Every reaction channel seems to ignore anything they did after this album. Try Sport of Kings and Surveillance. Excellent and also underrated.

If you think his voice is high in this song, listen to "In The Night". So many great songs. I'd mention them but I'd be writing pretty much every song 😎
