The most important thing to practice is safety. Safety first and always.
I do a lot more dry fire practice than actually live fire practice.
I am always honest with myself. There is nothing more stupid than somebody that lies to themself. What I am saying is pay attention to everything from the sights to the feel of the trigger. If you missed because you felt the trigger jerk or the sights came off the target as the sear broke accept that the miss was caused by you and not poor accuracy in the gun. And I learn what I need to work on when I am doing dry fire practice by being honest with myself.
One of the things I did not talk about in the video is dealing with barrel movement. Part of the dry fire practice I do is by trying to influence the barrel movement and learn when to get the trigger to break. Its not about stopping barrel movement it is about minimizing and gaining control.

and the more you practice the more likely that the lord will answer your prayer. I have always found that the more I practice the luckier I get! Cheers!
