    Why is it hard for people to appreciate what he's doing. He didn't get this physique overnight

    • @monishdragon
      @monishdragon 7 ปีที่แล้ว +106

      Because it's easier to sit behind a screen and complain rather than put in effort to work out.

    • @WasimBaigACCA
      @WasimBaigACCA 7 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      True!! You've got to respect and appreciate the amount of efforts one has put in to get that physique... It's a dream physique even for some people who are complaining and criticising...

    Going ultra wide on the lat pull downs helps to target the Teres Major muscle as well.

  • @pronghornllc2200
    @pronghornllc2200 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    On the lat pulldowns, according to one study, it's actually more effective to lean back a tad bit. He's correct in saying not to rock back and forth, but I several people would disagree on the "pull straight down"

    How do you know when you are lifting the right amount of weight in order to gain muscle mass? I've heard from someone that you should try and target 7 reps, 3 sets otherwise the weight you are lifting is too light? I see in this video he's going for 10-12 reps.

    • @uj5466
      @uj5466 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      For strength- 4 to 6 reps,
