Did this workout this morning and it kicked my butt. Midway through the second superset I was doubting my ability to finish the whole thing. The light weight, high reps were no joke. My arms were on fire!! I was a little embarrassed at first to lift the light weights but slowing down to focus on the movement was an awakening for me. It was the first time I really felt the squeeze in the biceps instead of just tiring out my arms. Excellent workout. Thank you for posting. Liked, subscribed and added to my workout playlist. I have a few go to Bicep/Tricep superset routines I do and I've been using this one for three weeks now...it's different and my arms respond to it...and since it's different it's still challenging running through the exercises/reps. In summary it works and I like it...Thanks Larry p.s. For whatever it is worth, my fave bi/tri superset routine is the old Arnold one (you can find it on here if you poke around) and I added one exercise...the 40 yd dash...after about every other superset I walk out of the gym and run 2 or 3 40 yd sprints, sprint straight then on the return run backwards about 15 yards then turn and run the remaining 40 yds (like you are a CB playing man to man)...it will get you in crazy good shape, with the added bonus that if you ever play pickup football you'll be a shutdown corner.

I still got out in about 90 minutes before I hit the treadmill. Maybe it's my pacing but I'm trying to go slow to focus on the movement.
Good workout and tips. Guy clearly knows what he’s talking about. Maybe he doesn’t want huge legs. Never heard a lady say, “but he needs work on his legs.” The man looks healthy and his biceps and triceps are ripped
I’ve always thought it was better to pick a weight you can do 8-12 times. Now after watching videos on high reps less weight ive dropped weight and now do 15-20 reps. The burn is insane and seeing new gains within weeks.
Excellent video Larry...greatly appreciated...I like to superset my Bi's/Tri's workouts and this example looks outstanding and has many new exercises which will be good for me as my Muscles have gotten use to my go to arm workout.
You shouldn't work a muscle group more than twice a week At least that's what I believe cause.. It's after 24 hours of working out that doms (delayed onset muscle soreness) kicks in and lasts another 24 hours. In that period of time your muscle fibres are repairing and building.. So if you workout too often.. Your muscles won't get enough. Time to recover.. Causing even muscle loss idk
Larry Edwards shoulder and arm workouts are good! And the exercises uses machines that are in almost every gym. Please post a back, chest and leg workout of Larry Edwards too :)
True you don't really need to lift heavy weights to see results lift the weight thats you feel comfortable more sets more rest will give you ripped physic why are bodybuilders not powerlifting respect my friend good advice
It's horrible to see all this hate here. This is a good routine. Larry Edwards knows his shit, and knows it well. Those arms do all the talking for God's sake! There are variations on the same plane but different grips or holds can target a different head of the muscle, that's basic knowledge. People talking about his hair, he isn't here modelling for a hair product is he? He is here for an arm workout and damn, i'd like to give this routine a shot. His shoulder workout routine is good too, give it a watch.

Your obviously in shape and really dont have an issue with the order of excercises but for me (and a lot od people who are not in your shape) I would start with the dips. Still a cool workout
I just tried this workout and I can tell you that it felt brilliant. It took about an hour and a half and I no longer feel my arms now . 💪
